The interior of the house was great. The listing said one of the bedrooms was equipped with two king beds...just not true.
The hvac people were working on the AC when we arrived, and the temperature in the house was 82. They managed to fix the downstairs unit but the upstairs (4 of the 6 bedrooms) remained in the low to mid 80's until the fourth day of our stay, despite repeated calls to the property manager. When the hvac tech finally arrived, he informed us that his previous visit had been only to repair the downstairs unit, and not both units, although it was clear that neither unit was working. We did get a refund for our inconvenience, but we would have preferred that they had corrected this on the first day.
So, we liked the cabin, but were somewhat disappointed.

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful view of the mountain. We did have some issues that I would hope will be resolved before the next guests check in. It was very warm inside the house, the temperature would not go below 79 degrees. They did get a service crew out 3 days into our 4 day stay but still no luck. The cleaning crew could do a better job, there were "party favors" left in the couch, urine on the pull out couch mattress and just an all around deep clean would have been needed before our arrival. I have been to many vacation homes and have never experienced this type of "5" star experience, this was a 2 star at best. Very disappointing..

The location was great and the view was beautiful. Upon arriving to the cabin it appeared to be perfect, but we soon noticed a couple of issues. 1 the drawers in the fridge were broken, the pull outs downstairs were not clean and the mattress on them were nothing but springs. We noticed it was very warm in the cabin but we were all moving around getting settled so we didn't think much of it and on Friday we were out of the cabin most of the day, but on Saturday we really began to notice that the air was not coming out cold. We adjusted the thermostat and gave time for it to adjust but it didn't work. So I contacted the host and he replied back immediately and walked me through how to reset the breaker. So I did. We thought that did it but the cabin never cooled off. Not sure if the unit was just broken or not set for the warmer temps. But we survived.
As far as the broken drawers and the cleaning issues with the pullout beds, the host offered to send the cleaning crew out to take care of it but we had already cleaned it off ourselves and moved on. I would rent this cabin again, because the issues were minor and the host was very responsive to noting the issues and trying to remedy them.
Couple of suggestions 1. maybe get an additional fridge, for a cabin that holds 18+ one fridge does not have enough space. 2. Getting new mattresses for the pullouts, and 3. Maybe having the cleaning crew leave extra towels and wash cloths when there is a group that size. Great overall.

Cabin is beautiful. Good location. A/C was not working properly. Justin did all he could to get it repaired but the parts did not arrive until after our stay. Justin was very accommodating given the circumstances. Would definitely consider returning in the future with a large group.

This property served my family perfectly. We had 11 people aged 7-85. The pool, air hockey table, and movie room were a great way to keep the kids busy while we were home.
The location makes it easy to get to pigeon forge, Dollywood, gatlinburg, and the national park.

We had a large group of dance moms and daughters, in town for a large competition and convention and this cabin was magical! It was perfect! We arrived to a very clean cabin and it is so large! Larger than pictures make it look! The rooms were beautifully decorated and laid out perfectly with attached bathrooms. We had plenty of room at the dining table for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked!! The girls loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub at the end of the days and we even got a lil snow before we left! Making it the perfect weekend! The roads were maintained well and easy to get in and out of the subdivision! We marked this is as our favorite Tennessee cabin and definitely are excited to return next year to it!!

Overall stay was great. Only thing is there is some minor updates that need to happen and some missed spots that weren’t clean. But overall great stay and we had a great time and enjoyed our stay

Justin was very responsive, which was good. However, the property was very, very dirty when we arrived. The sheets were dirty, the beds hadn't been stripped and washed! And the quilts were also very dirty, I don't think they had been washing in months. I spend 10 hours my first day stripping and washing all the bedding! I wish I could attach pictures to show how dirty it was. There was rotting food under the fridge. There is a line of caked on dirt under the cabinets. The blinds were super dusty. He did refund 25% of the cleaning fee upon my request. They need to fire the cleaning crew! I recommend requesting the property manager personally inspect it before your arrival.

We travel several times per year and have been staying in Airbnbs/VRBO for years so have seen the highs and lows and for the most part aren't super picky about our stay.
Here's the problem, this cabin is advertised as a Luxury cabin. We booked this for almost five months ago when there were a significant amount of cabins to choose from. We ended up spending over three thousand dollars extra than multiple comparable cabins that were available specifically because of the heated indoor pool.
Cons-Pool is freezing. It was only 36 outside and the pool was probably 60 degrees. Justin told me that due to mold that was as hot as he could keep it. This was unusable which affected the plans every single night as only a couple of the kids and their parents went in for 10 or so minutes and then couldn't take it.
The Upstairs is Freezing and they locked the thermostat to not go past 69. The bottom was set on 73 and with it at 69, the upstairs thermostat read 63. We had to buy a space heater to make it semi-comfortable.
The towel situation I thought was just Karen being Karen but it is awful. Once kitchen rag. Two towels and one wash rag per room. Even the room with 4 bunkbeds.
TV in the bunkbed room wouldn't work with the remote provided.
Dryer took an hour and a half to dry what normally would take 30 minutes.
Pro's-Cabin itself is beautiful. Location is good. Def not worth the "Luxury" price in any way.

We had a wonderful time during our stay… we just ran out of things fast with such a large group. The owners were great with communication and response time. The cabin was lovely and had all kinds great things to do with the indoor pool and hot tub, theatre room, and games. I would only suggest a few things… kids make messes so it was hard to clean up spills… there were no pot holders or hot pads to sit hot dishes on… and we went through those 4 trash bags so quick due to the large number of the group… it also would have been nice to have more towels for the pool area so we didn’t have to wash towels to use for showering after pool time. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

This was my family's first vacation in Tennessee. We enjoyed the activities and views. However, there were air conditioning issues. The upper level thermostat
had a lock mechanism which was locked. We contacted the property owner, then followed his instructions to no avail. He also recommended going to the outside electronical box and checking that, but we couldn't get it open. We finally gave up, only using 2 out of 3 levels. One day the indoor pool temp and humidity were so high, my grandsons weren't able to use. If we decide to return in the future, we would consider other options

In my opinion, the pictures seem outdated as they don't align with the current state of the property. Additionally, we encountered several issues with the major appliances during our stay. Despite their insistence on receiving a 'Five Star' review, it is clear that the experience did not meet our expectations and is not deserving of such praise.

Had lil Minor issues with couple sinks getting blocked in bathrooms but they came and fixed next day.
TV remotes we're missing batteries, and gas tank was empty on the grill.
Other than that we had amazing tine at the cabin.

It by far exceeded our expectations.
We were a family of 19 & loved the space & size.
We were able to gather as a family in the common areas & movie room & then go to our separate rooms in which each room had its own bathroom.
The indoor pool was the icing on the cake.
It rained one of the days & we could not enjoy some of the local outside attractions, but having the indoor pool was a sure win.
