Top services!

Everything was great. I asked for my son where to rent the Play Station and after a few hours they brought one with some games. What can I say, insane! Top cleaning, cozy villa, nice pool and private beach.

Everything perfect.

With this review we want to emphasize first of all that the pleasure of a stay does not only depend on how the facility is, but above all on the services around it. My husband and I found the services superlative both for the availability of the host and for the commitment with which she fulfilled our wishes. Our flight arrived 6 hours late and we checked in at 1am and despite everything Madam Caroline was there waiting for us to give us the keys and provide us with all the necessary information. The following days she booked bicycles, excursions, taxis and made sure that our stay was unforgettable and so it was. We recommend this structure to everyone. The beach is a few steps from the villa and the compound is really beautiful, safe and quite. Thanks again for everything.

Unpleasant stay, never again

It's brand new and modern compared to other properties in the area

It is mentioned they accept card paymens, however they insisted i pay in cash and i rejected that. They offered me to pay some random person via bank transfer which i also rejected! Why would you put a payment method when you don't accept it. The girl who checked us in kept bothering me with text and calls as if i was going to runaway without payment, unpleasant experience. Further, the location isn't accurate as described here and the girl also confirmed they have been having issues with the GPS. There was no daily cleaning, there's no bidet (water hose in the toilet). In the unit we stayed at there was an electricity splitter which kept going on nonstop all day all night, after complaining to the girl they sent someone to fix it. The swimming pool is dirty with many insects and not cleaned properly. The park where the villa at is a construction area which means there is some disturbance. Search

Home away from Home.

It's a real home away from home! Hosts are lovely and take such good care of us, always helpful and hospitable. The rooms are lovely and very clean. Relaxing sitting on the terrace overlooking the garden and the pool during dusk it was wonderful. Being a Villa we didn't expect to find amenities in the bathroom, and also water (1 bottle of Perrier and 1 of San Pellegrino, it was really nice have found them). We loved it and we will surely come back! Muito bem, gente!

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We really liked the speed of check-in but at the same time it was very detailed. We asked to do it at 9:00am and we were granted. We found the villa in perfect condition and very clean. The host was always present asking us what we needed to have a perfect holiday. From the first contact with the Reservation Manager to the check-out with the Host everything has always been easy and perfect. We recommend it.

Superb

The Property was awesome although not located at the beach but walkable distance to the beach! Carolina was very accommodating and I really enjoyed staying here would definitely come again!

The best choice ever! If I could reti

. If i could return to Zanzibar in a blink,i wouldnt heiraten to Star AT CDM Villas again.The friendly service upon check in to check out was top class. The location is just few steps from the beach and Vera ideal for relaxation and spending time with loved ones. There are good Restaurants and small shops nearby also great for the beach sports. The villa is clean and the host Caroline is very attentive. My partner and i wäre happy to get the privacy and the chill that we needed plus a professionall Massage booked to our villa in between Was super!!!!i will recommend this property any time.

A very tranquil stay in paradise.

We are an American couple who have been living in Tanzania for years. We booked confidently in this corner of paradise which is Kiwengwa, for us the most beautiful beach in Zanzibar. The villa was really good and it’s decor is lovely. The bed is comfortable (superb having the duvet) and the bathroom/shower is quite spacious. Although there were other villas nearby, ours was slightly secluded and private. The hosts really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Nothing really. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They provide upon request.

Just exeptional

If you are looking to stay in Kiwengwa, stop looking this is defenitly the place you want to stay. The stay at Mchaichai villa was just more then wonderful! Just from the moment we landed, we were very warmly received by Claudia. She also made sure that we were provided with everything we needed, from a wifi dongo, to reservation of beach beds at the beach because the pool was not ready. The host just arranges every little detail. The villa is also very beautiful and very clean and next to the very beautiful beach. Also an important thing form me were the beds, and it is as if I slept on clouds! Just exeptional. If I could have rated it an 11 on 10, I would have done it.

There are many bars and good restaurants around at a walking distance. They are very hospitable.

A fantastic stay!!! The villa is brand new and everything inside is neatly set. We checked in at 10.30pm and the owners were there to warmly welcome and give us the necessary information for our stay. As a family of 4 We had a relaxed stay and felt at home. The beach is just a few steps away from the estate’s back entrance and from our veranda we could hear the waves breaking on the shoreline. Chef Rashid prepared delicious dishes for us at dinner (service upon request and for a fee). The beach walks will also be missed… looking forward to returning later this year.

The residential complex/estate is still in the final stage (but secure) Swimming pool not ready yet (but what's the point if there is a fantastic sea a few meters away).?

Superb stay

Very good location- The Park Village, it is a secured area, so felt very safe there. About 3-4 minutes walk to stunning white sand beach, where you can find various dining places. Villa is brand new- high quality, stylish and super clean. Villa has two bedrooms- one is very big, the other one smaller. Comfortable beds with wonderful pillows and what I especially liked- duvet! Oh so cozy! Good size bathroom with decent shower, amazingly soft towels. Living room/kitchen area is also very homelike, it has everything you need- refrigerator, stove, all the dishes and cutlery you need for cooking and dining. Even has a capsule coffee machine. Hosts are supremely friendly and helpful. As they didn´t yet have wifi there, they provided as a SIM card that we could use.

The pool is still under construction (January 2023), but once finished, it will be amazing. We wish we could go back and live there for months.

Very nice.

I believe we were the first customers. The house is new and it has everything you need. It was a Very clean house, modern but with a typically Swahili interior touch We had requested the “on demand” chef who cooked for us for all 3 days. The beautiful beach is just 3 minutes walk.

Unfortunately the Village around the house is still a construction site, with workers working all day. We were all day outside for excursions so it didn't bother us much. The shared swimming pool was under construction.
