Clean, quiet, comfortable
The little things: the bathroom toilet seat loose, the toilet paper roll was loose. the towel holder in bathroom loose. Chandler in master bulb burned out.

Easy check-in/check out with great communication from the hosts. The place was comfortable and well furnished.
Noise from neighbours was a bit disruptive and the heating didn’t get from the heater to the bathroom, which was pretty cold.

No breakfast.
Bed was over 30 inches high! Too high for me. Fine for my husband. . I slept on the chair the first night. For the remainder of my stay I borrowed a step stool. On the last day, I found a stepping stool tucked by the fridge. It would have been easier when the host texted me regarding the accommodations. I mentioned the bed was too high and unusable for me. But no one responded. At all!
Except for the lack of an accessible bed, many things were fine. Very usable with full amenities in the kitchen. Once I had a step stool, the bed was comfortable. Parking was an ample well marked accessible spot. All was clean.

It was the perfect place to get away for some much needed alone time. Everything was exactly as advertised and the late check out option was easy to request. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Only thing I would add is one additional ice tray in freezer, full length mirror and information on where a visitor could park.

Cute and historic studio apartment in a 4-plex with off street parking. Nice little kitchen, walk in closet and good shower. The bed was big and comfortable and the wifi worked great. Check in easy.
The code lock on the apartment door wasn't working.

Closer to work.
All the steps, no mention of them. I feel I was lied to about price advertised. I saw room price was lowered and the girl acted like I was getting a better room, and that’s why I was being charged $400.00 more. Not true they are all pretty much the same. Not happy with that and I got locked out of my room one night and had to wait to get in my room.

Easy access. Private parking. No hassle check in/out.
Shower was too small. The shower head came to my chest and I had to almost squat to rinse off.

The bed was great!
The room was clean and well laid out.

The room is clean, but there is a smell of cigarette when we first came.
The address is difficult to find, we had to call the host number to find the way to the alley and apartment. The bathroom, bathtub is very slippery, I think the host should put some kind of rubber match in there to prevent the risk of fall.

The place smelled of cigarette smoke and the air conditioner in the place had such a bright light it was like the light was on all night making it hard to sleep.

I liked that my dog was welcomed there and they provided treats. The bed was clean and comfortable, the AC worked amazing. I liked that the kitchen was stocked with everything, the laundry room was great and we didn't have to bring dirty clothes back from our vacation. The location was perfect it's close to everything. The bathroom was provided with towels, shampoo and conditioner along with body wash. Perfect place for couples! I recommended this place to a few of my friends and will for sure be staying again in the near future
The noise outside you could hear, they did provide ear plugs which I am grateful for. The noise doesn't last long.

Convenience of an apartment at the price of a dive hotel room. Just about everything one might need for a comfortable stay with as much "at home" feel as you might care to make it.
The internet was sketchy, but there really wasn't much on tv anyway. Just used my phone. The electric door lock stopped working after the first day. Not a problem for me and I'm sure if I had reported it, they would have been happy to fix it.

very clean. quiet. easy reserved parking. everything we needed was provided. nicely decorated. it was a hot day but the A/C worked perfectly.

Perfect for proximity to courthouse. Very quiet. Two good restaurants for dinner within easy walking distance.
The wifi connection was very unreliable. The two knives provided were exceptionally dull. Silverware was very cheap and barely functional.

Not much.
It wasn’t a hotel room. More like an air bnb or staying with your aunt Bertha. Advertised breakfast included,
But NO. Bed was too soft and lumpy. Too much velour. Advertised price was almost half of what we paid. Won’t ever use Booking, com again. Your site was misleading to say the least.

Great decoration, cozy, quiet, feel like home. Washer and dryer are in the building which is a bonus. The kitchen has microwave, full-size fridge and stove, utensils, plates, etc. Everything you need for your stay. Definitely will book again if we're in Medford

Location was great. I could walk downtown. Also, I liked having a kitchen to make my own meals and refrigerate what I brought with me. Bed was comfortable.
I didn't try the TV, but I'm sure it was fine.
I emailed about some trash left in the little patio that went with the suite and they were very responsive about my request to get their cleaners to deal with it before their next guest came.
I would have liked to have met at least one of my hosts. Everything is done by email or text.

we loved room. Getting up to our rooms was very difficult with the angle of the stairs.
it was very hard to find the place. Had to make 3 phone calls to find and get instructions on how to get into our room. The toilet was not clean , it still hard feces in the toilet, which made me fill like did they even clean the room and changed the sheets. I had to wipe everything down.

The location was good in that it was close to the old town and the house was quiet. Because it is a fairly new remodel of the building into a short term rental space, everything was very clean and tidy. The bed was excellent. Space was good - and so was WiFi. Finding it was easy and having the parking out back was convenient too. While the bathroom is small the space worked just fine.
I always wish these places had a bit more in the kitchen category: at least two types of coffee making systems (but they did have a jar of coffee beans!); but there was zero for tea. Also, it would be great if there were several spices, a few basic oils, vinegars, hot sauces, etc. Just so that if you want to make wraps with eggs in the morning, you do not need to buy ALL the little incidentals (They did have salt, pepper, oil blend and -I think- a balsamic!). So this was good, but it could've used a little more to feel truly ready for anybody. On our return trip through the area we stayed in a sweet vintage hotel with breakfast included. It was $50 more, but it was $50 better... so... Privacy and solitude or people and amennities?
The only BIG thing I did not care for was the online "security" checking system that you had to go through prior to booking completion. This felt like an invasion of privacy. No other lodging company has ever asked me to allow them to essentially run a background check on me before they would complete and confirm my booking. (I felt like I should ask them to prove to me they are a bonified business and not some local running an elaborate bait & switch!) Nonetheless, I kept the booking because we wanted to check out Medford and I am curious about (and have been testing other similar lodging arrangements like this) - the increase in self-catering, auto check-in, contactless, mini-hotels all over the US and in Europe. I like the premise, but feel they are still learning how to polish themselves up.

I loved the privacy and homey feel. Already booked for next trip to Medford
Wish there was a charging station.

the inside of the property made it feel very homey and comfortable while keeping the sense of privacy.
parking place made me feel uneasy at first but neighbors seem lovely and it went by smoothly so didn’t feel like that towards the end.

The amount of space, the kitchen,bed...everything was like the comfort of being home, but also on a relaxing vacation.
Medford.is an close to home middle ground, and has really deteriorated...but you were out far enough I guess from all the problems that have accumulated.

we arrived at the property. The check-in was hassle free that was amazing. That was nice so we had to do a settle in.
There’s honestly nothing I didn’t like I even had to make a change in my reservation and they got right on it. They fixed but I need it fixed and my stay was perfect. I appreciate that.
