Just needed a place to sleep good choice

Friendly staff, clean room & hotel, good continental breakfast, pet-friendly ($15/night)

Arrived at 10pm. The desk clerk was not very polite or welcoming. Gave us the key to the room on the first floor and we went with our luggage only to find the wrong room number was written on the card, had to return to get another. Hotel is renovated but in very dark gloomy colors. Room was large but not very comfortable. Breakfast was not up to par. Would not stay here again. Creepy.

My kid and I were traveling to GA and needed a quick place to stay overnight. The bathroom and room were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly. I would stay again.

Check in was great; I was told to park at one end of the parking lot to be closer to me room yet my room was the other end of the building. The pillows are like sand bags with no movement. The lights all turned on but then wouldn’t turn off when we went to sleep.

Room was exactly as shown on website. Friendly desk person and easy check in. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Very nice room, would def stay here again! Bed was super comfy too.

The bathroom floors were filthy!

The rooms were really clean, the staff was friendly, but there were some cosmetic issues. Some of the fixtures needed repairs but overall it was a decent hotel. We would stay there again.

We took a chance on this hotel because of the price and it having an 8+ customer rating. But it wasn’t great. The elevator had layers and layers of paint on the door seams, the panel at the top was broken, the button lights didn’t work. The outside sign on the back side of the building was glitchy like it has faulty wiring. It overall had an older, odd smell. The room look to have been painted, but could tell that it was a sloppy job and the surfaces underneath weren’t repaired. Like a line across the bathroom ceiling that looked to have water damage that was painted over. Water damage can be dangerous for my son since he’s asthmatic. Some of the “clean” towels had black residue on them when we arrived. Getting replacement towels was a bit irritating. We had four people, but they didn’t want to give us more than three at a time. Thankfully we brought our own toilet paper because it only had a very small amount left on the used rolled and no replacement was provided. We ran out of our roll the morning we were checking out and there was no one at the desk to get more. The door jam on the bathroom was missing parts that keep the door closed. The breakfast wasn’t good and there was something dark floating in my orange juice. I probably could go on. Disappointed.

Rooms were okay. Beds were uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Breakfast was terrible, no juice no eggs. Bathroom next to the breakfast room didn’t have toilet paper or hand soap. I’m glad we were only staying one night.

One of the front desk ladies that was checking me in was very rude. I will not be returning to this property in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here in Chattanooga! The staff were very kind and hospitality. Breakfast was great! Enjoy being close to the eateries and interstate. For next trip, will book with Beaumont again.

The breakfast was more than a continental style; hot food and waffle maker were available. The room was clean and spacious. The light/fan was very loud in the bathroom but other than that it was all excellent.

Stayed one night. Good value, covenient to Chattanooga and Chickamauga, my destinations. Would stay again.

It was a great room and quiet. How ever I was charged a $150 dollars and the clerk said it would refund in 24 hours I was told this by night and day shift, it has now been 8 days and my back has not received a refund, Bank blames merchant merchant blames bank. Why did the hotel clerk say 24 hours I even offered cash if would take longer than 24 hrs to refund my $150

I’m so happy that we choose this hotel. The colors of the room and bathroom were pleasant. The bathroom mirror was gorgeous. Very comfortable sleeping.

The room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

The hotel is beautifully clean the renovations have been nice. However, great showerhead but absolutely no water pressure! The staff was so accommodating, even put my ice bottles into the freezer for me overnight so that I could travel with ice in my cooler.

Dated, not many restaurants near by, other than fast food.

Location was interesting. That is not the owners fault. Room was real nice.

The room was very nice and very spacious! It was clean, soft sheets, excellent FREE breakfast! The price was reasonable. Awesome stay! I would definitely stay here again the next time I go to Chattanooga!

Well, it certainly was a good value for the money. It is well run and we were on the road. A very, very welcoming site.
