The location was nice and next to eiver which was lovely. Rhere is a community bathroom which was tougher to get into at high usuage times because it also has a shower. It was a very clean unit, but I drove for several hours and the upper bunk was a little stiff for my lower back. But overall it was nice. The unit has a fridge, freezer, heater and microwave.

Stayed with my 9 year old in a tiny home as well as the wheel wagon, the biggest of the tiny homes. The design of the homes is awesome, the kitchen well equipped, beds are comfy and the AC is really quiet, which makes for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the soothing sound of the creek. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Attempted to stay here with my 3 small children. Check in was fine. We unloaded the car and left for dinner. Upon returning I noticed the main bed had dog hair all over the comforter. Like ALL over. So I pulled the sheets back and found more dog hair, human hair, long and short and curly, and then for the finale I saw a big pee stain. We left immediately and booked at another hotel. The room smelled to begin with but I was willing to let that go for one night. My husband called and spoke to someone and he told my husband this actually happens often. What?! Disgusting. He offered a refund, we haven’t seen it come through yet.

Fun stay and walkable to steakhouse near by. Grounds were nice. Porch on place needed a little TLC but all in all it was a good stay.

Nick was awesome, helpful, and very friendly. Laundry facilities were very clean. Loved sitting in the little park while waiting for clothes to wash and dry. The tiny house we stayed in was very cute and clean. It had everything we would need being away from home.

Wonderful!

The property is misleading. The rustic cabin by the creek is one small room with a loft. The ladder to reach the loft is dead center in the room dividing what little stand space there is.
The fridge, microwave and coffee maker no running water.
The list of NO'S is - no dresser, no shelf, no closet no where to put belongings except for a dining table with 2 chairs
The creek is more run off than stream with 5-6 tires and a view of the spare parts for the property.
This is a long term rental property to include tents. Tent site 1 is in the front yard of the cabin where 3 people were long term camping.
The bunk restrooms are set aside for the yurts and cabins. The door was rarely secure allow any one to access them.
The wifi is spotty at best, rarely lasting more than 20 mins without interruption.

Great stay in a nice yurt.

The tiny home was so cute. Loved the retro looking fridge. The workers were very helpful. We would stay here again. We even saw a deer behind the property one morning.
4.2
The Tiny House we stayed was nice change from staying in Hotels
4.2
RV park with trees as opposed to many motels with no trees. Tiny House was very functional. New TV did not work for standard channels. But if you are visiting Colorado, why would you watch TV? However, Olympics were on at the time.
4.2
It was great. Easy check in for our late arrival and we slept great. Bathroom is a short walk but it was no problem and clean facility. Yurt is unique and peaceful. It was nice being next to the river. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was perfect for our family of 6. The shaded porch area was amazing for drinking coffee and eating breakfast in the mornings and the playground was right across the way where we could keep our eyes on it at all times. It came with a grill outside and plenty of dishes for all of us to use. It is a little dated, and the bed in the bedroom downstairs is squeaky, but it was a great place to stay. Kids loved it.
4.2
Well kept rv park. The bathhouses were impeccable. We stayed in cedar creek cabin. Running creek right next to the cabin with a porch off to the side overlooking it. Beds were comfortable, very clean, everything you need to stay overnight. Friendly staff. Very close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison national Park. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This was a nice little campground. I gave only 4 stars due to some debri around the site and lack of cabin landscaping. A few flowers would have really made a difference but thats a small detail. Cabin and bathrooms were clean. Neighbors to the site were a bit sketchy and tenters were allowed to camp that also looked a bit rough.
4.2
Black canyon cabin was cute and overall fit the bill for our national Park trip. Location to national Park was perfect -20 min drive to visitor center. Loft AC unit needed help getting working. One set of sheets was stained with blood, so we just took it off and slept with just comforter. It is in RV park and right at the entry so it is a little busy being near the office and entrance. Tiny house is cute and functional, minutes the details above.

Overall was a nice experience

We really enjoyed staying in Tiny cabin 6! While we had a few issues upon checking in, the host helped us to resolve them immediately!
It’s quiet, small, but tidy!!!
4.2
Comfortable bed. Lots of bugs inside the tiny house. Dishes were not clean in cabinets. Also really close to everyone else, and we were expecting more privacy.
4.2
We stayed as the tiny house and it was terrible. Ton of bugs inside! super loud AC right next to your head and you can’t even turn it off because ppl above you would suffocate because of lack of air on the loft. We had to book another hotel after the first night in the house! If AC would be moved to the upper level it would be an amazing place to stay though.
4.2
The tiny home was so cute!!! We LOVED it! They had a nice little kitchen where I was able to easily prepare our meals. The decor was lovely, the beds were comfortable and it was overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely do it again. My daughter and I were just passing through the area and only staying for one night. We were going to Black Canyon at the Gunnison national Park and it was close to this location. The price was very affordable considering we had a nice little tiny home to stay in versus a hotel. For the money, the quality was much nicer than a hotel. It was a great value through Expedia.
4.2
Inside our cabin was delightful! Staff was helpful. However there were loads of flying bugs and earwigs that came inside every time we opened the door. The outdoor furniture was dirty/worn, bathrooms smelled bad and the property was surrounded by streets and buildings.
4.2
Cabin was very dirty. Hair in the beds. The owner did refund us for our stay
4.2
The unit itself was pretty nice - not as fancy as what you see on Tiny House Nation, etc., but it checked all the tiny house boxes - full fridge, hot plate, full-sized couch (long enough for our daughter to sleep on), bed, decent shower, and a table you could pull out from the wall.
It's also in a great location if you are visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison.
But, there were two major strikes against our stay. First, check-in was a nightmare. The envelope provided for late check-in didn't contain the door code! So we called the office number, only to get voicemail. We did get a call back after 10-15 minutes, but it was nerve-wracking in the interim! Second, either housekeeping hadn't been there at all, or housekeeping just didn't do a good job. There was a huge clump of black hair on the shower wall (kind of hard to miss...), plus hairs on the bathroom floor and in our sheets. There were also quite a few dead bugs in the bathroom.
If management could fix the check-in process and ensure proper housekeeping, I'd give this a 4 out of 5. But until then, I'd steer clear.

We stayed in one of the tiny homes. The property layout is a bit confusing at night, but the tiny home itself was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
4.2
This tiny house was great the only downfall was having to get out to go to bathroom but the it was very comfy
4.2
Property and area was wonderful and easy to get to. If I had to say anything it would be that the internet was slow.
4.2
Our tiny house by the creek was charming, well stocked, and clean. The location was great for venturing to Black Canyon of the Gunnison and Telluride. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and slept with the windows open to hear the creek. We definitely recommend it for a couple; it would be too small for more than two.
4.2
If you are a novice camper and want the luxuries of a bed, shower & toilet, this is perfect for you. If you are a seasoned camper and want the quiet of nature, this is not for you. Although we had by far the nicest spot next to the rushing creek, overall, there was a lot of traffic noise, people driving around after 10 pm, and people leaving their outdoor cabin lights on all night (not great for star gazing). The bathrooms were well-appointed but needed more regular cleaning. My kids had a lot of fun, and kids are the only people that can fit in the loft. They did hit their heads on the low ceiling a few times, so adults definitely won’t fit. Convenient location for Main Street Montrose & a quick drive to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.
4.2
This was the most peaceful place I've ever stayed in. It allowed me to truly disconnect and enjoy nature, the way I wanted. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it.
4.2
I like micro-homes. This was a good one. Clean & simple. If you do “minimal” you’re set.
4.2
The yurt was situated along the creek with was really nice to listen to. The bath house was updated andvery clean. The only complaint was that upon opening the door, the room was extremely warm. It did cool off quickly with the door open. Then i realized i could roll up yhe windows also. Overall a nice place to stay
4.2
We had a great experience. We stayed in Tiny home #5. It was much better than staying in a hotel. My only complaint is that Tiny home #4 kept its outdoor light on all night, which gave off quite a glow thru our window. Otherwise no complaints.
4.2
We stayed in the Black Canyon cabin. It was very clean and spacious. The guy in the office was very helpful. It was a great combination of rustic and modern for a girl who doesn’t like camping. It had everything you need, running water, heat, a refrigerator with lots of trees around. I would recommend it to friends.
4.2
I stayed in a Yurt. It was lovely! The heaters made it nice and comfy.
4.2
I didn't stay there because of miscommunication with the code to lock. They sent me a text message to my messages but I was on my vacation and I turned off it.
4.2
We stayed in the Creekside Rustic Cabin. It was very comfortable and clean. It was close to the bathrooms which was nice. We really enjoyed relaxing on our deck overlooking the creek.
4.2
tiny house comfortable except that the restroom is separate and public. will not complain since the price is not bad.
4.2
Our Tiny Home was super cute and very well equipped. The shower was tiny too and difficult to use for my tall husband but we had a lovely overall stay.
4.2
I really enjoyed this property & location. The house was cute & quaint, just as advertised. The only downside is it was dirty. Dusty, stains on sheets, etc. I would stay again though!
