Walk in to this spacious, entertaining home that is a perfect getaway place. This home has a rustic-mountain feel with a wrap around porch screened in on top and open on bottom. Equipped with an incredible kitchen with double ovens, granite countertops that are perfect for entertaining, a stone wood-burning fire place, and comfortable seating makes this house feel like home. The home has two full-sized refrigerators, a coffee bar, an adult-bar equipped with a collection of glassware, and plenty of conversation pieces. The open floor concept is available upstairs and downstairs. Within minutes of downtown Mt. Airy, the quiet neighborhood is perfect for riding bikes or walking. Quick trip to the Parkway, 30 minutes to Winston-Salem. Minutes away from golf courses, Pilot Mountain, Hanging Rock, and Buffalo Mountain. Don't forget how close you are to several of our favorite wineries.

Enjoyed our family get away and visiting with extended family. Plenty of space to spread out. Beautiful and spacious home with lots of nice outdoor space. Enjoyed morning coffee on the screened in porch. Loved the well equipped kitchen and stocked pantry.

We loved this house! We enjoyed cooking a meal in a modern updated kitchen. The master bed was so comfortable. And our family loves coffee and there were 2 coffee pots. We saw cardinals and deer. Really the house was perfect for our family. Thank you for all your wonderful help!

From the moment of the booking to check-out, everything was perfect. Krystal was an incredible host. We had to book the home on short notice due to a death in the family. Not only did she assist us, she left us a beautiful condolence that we received upon arrival. She has created a great space and thought of all the little touches. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of TP, hangers, comfortable sheets and even a laundry basket in every room. There was plenty of dishes to cook, and the extra fridge was a great bonus.

We visited Mount Airy to attend a wedding and to be close to my grandmother who recently moved into the assisted living. It worked out perfectly as we were only five minutes from the assisted living location! We loved the home as it was perfect for the space we needed and it was very comfortable! We look forward to staying again in the future!!

This was perfect in every way for our ladies golf and winery trip! The house was nicely decorated, spacious and accommadting to all 8 of us. It was close to downtown Mayberry, restaurants, wineries and the golf courses. The host thought of every little detail to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We couldn't have ask for anything more. I would definitely return and recommend Snow Place Like Home! We lady golfers thank you for making our stay great!

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. We gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving together - coming from 3 different states! The home is extremely clean, well-cared for and comfortable! The spacious kitchen made preparing our Thanksgiving feast easy! The younger adults loved hanging out on the back porch and in the basement while the rest of us enjoyed the family room. The host is extremely communicative and made sure that everything was going well during our stay! Don't hesitate to book this beautiful home!

This was our second time staying at this property for a family get together. Memories were made due to the large kitchen / den with rock fireplace. All of our family were able to sit and have meaningful conversations while the kids played upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of space, bathrooms, and bedrooms to take care of a large family - all in an upscale and quiet neighborhood. Krystal was an excellent host and made sure we had what was needed to make great memories. If you are in the Mr Airy area, there is no better place to stay!

I would highly recommend this home. House is amazing, beautifully maintained and decorated. Plenty of space and on a quiet street. Absolutely wonderful to be able to sit on screened in porch every morning and enjoy the fresh morning air and have quiet time. Communication with the property manager was extremely easy and professional. We will definitely be back to this rental. Can't wait to stay again next year!

My Mother, our family friend, and I enjoyed our stay in this cozy and spacious cabin style home. Super close to downtown Mt Airy and other local sites while being in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
