Offered is a newly renovated studio, perfect for two for a great beach get-a-way. Fabulous location on Lido Key, the Pelican Gardens complex sits across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and close to Lido Beach. Only a 6-7 minute walk to Lido beach through the side of the Ritz Carlton. Quick and easy to experience nightly sunsets! Plus, St. Armand's Circle is only about a 15 minute walk....the studio is a few steps around the corner from the heated (in season) community pool. There's convenient parking near the studio too. Walk, ride or drive to all that St. Armand's has to offer. There are many great restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife! Our completely renovated, modern, ground level studio is ready for you!

Easy and fast checkin with a keyless pad…just enter your given code and you’re all set. What we offer is a beautifully renovated studio condo with a king size bed, modern bathroom with a solid stone vanity, and tiled shower. There are plenty of plush bath towels. While relaxing in bed, watch your favorite shows on the large, wall-mounted Smart flatscreen including WiFi and cable channels.

The kitchenette includes a new stainless refrigerator freezer (ice-trays incl), microwave, cabinet supplied with dishes, glasses, bowls, small appliances such as a new blender, a coffeemaker and toaster Have breakfast for two at home sitting at the wood dining table or drink your morning coffee in the sunshine out on patio. There are two loungers plus a small cafe table for 2. Extend the umbrella for a bit of shade if you like. A storage container has your beach items ready for you (2 chairs and a sun umbrella).

We also provide 4 large beach towels to make a short trip to Lido Beach, a quick and enjoyable stroll. Two options to get to the public beach. Head towards the Ritz staying on the left side of the building; about a 7 minute walk. Option two is the Lido Public Beach & Pavilion, a 16 minute walk on average.

An inspiring stroll over the John Ringling Causeway lands you in the heart of Downtown Sarasota and Marina Jacks, with Selby Gardens just around the corner giving you even more options to explore. Or, just stay closer and enjoy Ted Sperling Park across the street that offers walking, biking, paddle boarding and kayaking through the mangroves and lots of tropical beach front activities directly on the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay.

No smoking or vaping inside or near open doors or windows. No pets of any kind. Owner is highly allergic.

Minimum stay flexible. This condo is has a comfortable happy vibe and a pretty space for seating outdoors. The complex is authentic 1950's, the location is fantastic and the unit is super cute!
We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. First, the location cannot be beat!! We were able to walk everywhere and absolutely loved the area!! The unit itself was cozy, bright and had just about everything we needed! We loved it here!! I did reach out about the low battery on the front door and extra pillows and found communication to be easy and quick— much appreciated!! I also enjoyed not having to worry about a key for the door— a keypad code made it much easier! Bed/bedding was comfortable, shower pressure was nice and water was hot!

Cute/well decorated place to stay near Lido beach/St Armand’s circle - for one person or two if you don’t have much luggage as it’s tiny. FYI, no closet to hang clothes and unit does not have a lot of convenient outlets for devices. There is also an issue with moisture coming from floor in bathroom which appears to have been happening for awhile given stains on baseboard. However, it suited our needs well enough for the week.

Close to so much we were interested in doing. Pretty good studio room. Only complaint would be the bathroom floor. There was water damage prior to our stay and the tiles were squishy and water would come up through the seams. Would have liked to have a hot plate there.

This little place was absolutely perfect for a last minute short trip. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The studio was clean and well appointed for our relaxing, beach obsessed trip. We literally booked it the morning we checked in. The host was easy to communicate with and attentive. The morning after we arrived, we went to get the beach supplies from the locked bin, and realized one of the chairs was broken. I reached out to inform them, and when we came back from the beach, a brand new chair was there!

I came here to get some R&R and also to visit extended family in Bradenton. I had such a lovely time. The room had everything I could have possibly needed. Plenty of towels and dishes. So beautifully decorated, too!! Also, the location was perfect. Close to everything but also off the main drag and quiet in the morning and evening. It was perfect for me!!!

The rental had problems from day one: loud bathroom door squeak (remedy, rehang the door properly), no internet for 1.5 days (improper maintenance of cable, resulting in a cut line), wet bathroom floor (leak most likely in the shower pan, resulting in mold developing on the walls by day 12), the building on the grounds showed wear and tear.
