Please note: This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 well-behaved dogs with an additional fee. Dogs are preferred to be crated when unattended; sheets and towels are provided to cover beds and furniture; dog-waste bags are provided. The rack of wood to the left of the guest parking does NOT belong to this home. The garage is not accessible to guests. When rented monthly, there is a $150 monthly utility allowance for water, power, and gas. Any overages are to be reimbursed by the tenant.
