Pros: We are delighted by our stay at Mrs Anne Jung Beach house.
It is located directly on the beach.
The view is fantastic.
We take breakfasts, lunches and dinners, outside, in front of the house, on the lawn, in front of the beach, as there is everything we need: tables, chairs, sunbeds and so on....
Inside, everything is designed to make us spend a delightful stay, the decoration, plus lots of small details: washing machine, dishwasher, fiber optic internet, dishes, bed linen etc .... Everything is there, practical, nice and matching.
Too bad all the owners don't take care of their guests that way.
The accommodations are managed by an English-speaking agency, located at the entrance the Dona Lola BEACH Club. If there is a problem, it's very easy to solve. thanks to the whole team.
The resort is amazing, everything is on site: restaurants, mini-markets, large outdoor pools, tennis courts, snooker, tennis tables and even a covered fitness center, including a large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym.
Not to mention that here, by the pools, the view of the sea is also wonderful. We saw dolphins, once.
You can walk along the sea on the coastal path, where there are other beaches and other bars and restaurants. On one side, you can go to La Cala de Mijas fishermen village, and on the other side you can go to the Marina of Cabopino.
It would be a shame to stay all the time inside the resort, as there are so many nice places to visit in the area (Mijas Village, Old Town Marbella, Ronda, El Chorro, Granada, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus, Malaga .......).
To end, everyone had fun, my husband, my children and me. There is everything for the taste of each of us.
We did not find any fault.
On departure day, we stopped at the agency, and have already booked for next Summer, but then we will stay longer.

Pros: Just come back from a lovely week at the beach front apartments. We had Macarena A and my brothers family had Sandra D. I preferred the main bedroom in Sandra D - there was no balcony but the windows opened fully and the room was much bigger. However both apartments were compact but enough room and everything we needed (apart from washing up liquid!).
It was lovely to hear the waves and just walk into the sea and then come back to dry off in front of the house. The youngsters enjoyed the pool too. The pool side restaurant was fab with good prices and wonderful staff. We had a couple of takeaways and enjoyed the music from a bit further away while eating outside - great stuff.
The board walk makes easy access to other bars, we walked to the Marina one day which was very pleasant. However it is well used so you do feel a bit like you are being watched alit but we didn’t really mind that. On last day we had fresh aerobes in the social club bar just up from us and they were superb.
We only used the mini market once as very expensive although staff great. There is a fab bakery - Pain au Lux - just over the bridge and the Mercodona supermarket is also just over bridge with a good fresh bakery and very good prices. 5-10 mins walk.
The only small negatives I have is it is not the prettiest beach and it is very rocky when you get in, so bring sea shoes! There was a big storm just before we got there and I think the septic tanks must have filled up because they were there emptying them and we did see a ‘floater’ when swimming but think this was an exception.
Everyone in the surrounding villas were amazing apart form we had a visit to Mac B which we assumed were the Spanish owners and they were grumpy with us. We had spread in the communal lawn but there had been no one there. As soon as they arrived we moved but they weren’t happy - shame we tried to talk but they then ignored us 😂😂
We also had to clean kitchen which apparently is not included in the compulsory 75 euro cleaning coat. We were leaving at 3am so that was a bit of a pain but not a big gripe.
Overall would recommend.

Pros: We had plenty of Sun, an excellent boardwalk at our door, fine facilities in the apartment and very good Restaurants nearby. What more could we ask for following our lock down from Covid for nearly three years. It was a great holiday for both of us.

Pros: Calahonda ligt tussen Fuengirola en Marbella en is daardoor een geweldige uitvalsbasis. Het huisje ligt aan zee met een wandelboulevard en is ondanks de nabijheid van een autoweg heel stil. Het huisje ligt diep en het geluid gaat er overheen. Huisje is basic maar goed ingericht en heeft 2 slaapkamers.. Badkamer heeft een bad dus douchen is met een hoge instap. Algeheel geweldig als je goed ter been bent want er zijn veel trappen en hellingen te nemen. Algemene beoordeling: 10 voor de ligging, 8 voor het huis,, 10 voor de omgeving. Auto is een must.

Pros: Lejligheden var super fin. Den lå dog lidt i skyggen af bygningen til venstre.
Pool området var super fint. Stranden var meget stenet.
Vi var lidt kede af vi ikke kunne få spansk mad. Restauranterne i resortet var ikke så gode.
Men alt i alt en dejlig rolig og afslappende ferie.

Pros: J'y ai séjourné quelques mois avant d'acheter mon appartement. L'appartement est magnifique et très belle déco. On ne peut mieux trouver comme situation, vraiment, on se trouve à 20 mètres de la plage. Et le paséo qui se trouve devant la porte est idéal pour faire de très belles balades. À recommander vivement. En plus de ça, c'est très calme.

Pros: Nous avons séjourné à Sandra D, mais toutes les petites villas de Madame Jung sont équivalentes. emplacement de rêve sur la plage, vue fantastique, beau mobilier, internet rapide, les chaines TV, en français, machines à laver etc... Mais le plus, c'est aussi la résidence, qui propose tout sur place (restaurants, supérettes, bars, tennis, et même une piscine couverte avec Jacuzzi, sauna et Hammam). Bref, que demander de plus ? Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons déjà réservé Macarena A pour 3 mois cet hiver.

Pros: Het appartement was geweldig, ruim en gezellig. Maar met het extreem koude weer konden we het niet warm krijgen in de gezellige huiskamer. Zelfs met alle deuren dicht. De extra electrice losse verwarmings elementen was het niet te doen. De afstandsbediening van de airco/ verwarming op de slaapkamer deed het niet. Zelfs niet toen we nieuwe batterijen er ingedaan hadden. De melding op het kantoor werd niets mee gedaan. de eigenaar heeft een super leuk, gezellig appartement met een mooi uitzicht op de zee. Het resort is helemaal geweldig, perfect onderhouden. Maar in mijn geval gaven de vele trapjes een probleem vanwege mijn gezondheid. Maar dat mag geen naam hebben het was geweldig.
Mijn man had graag Nederlandse zenders op de tv gehad. Vooral als je zolang verblijft. Hopelijk gaat Anne daar iets mee doen want mijn man is helemaal verknocht aan de omgeving daar. Het was super. Dank je wel Anne

Pros: Vi vil spesielt takke resepsjonen for fin hjelp og service da vi var så uheldige å bli ranet utenfor et shoppingsenter. Vi ble frastjålet en veske med mye innhold, inkludert nøkler til leilighet og safe. Dette var på en lørdag kveld og vi fikk raskt kontakt via emergency telefonnummeret. Låsen til leiligheten ble skiftet umiddelbart. Fantastisk service på en lørdag kveld.

Pros: Vi leide Patricia 132 i en uke i november-17, 2 voksne og vår datter på 11 år. Vi er glad vi valgte denne leiligheten m/herlig, lun og solrik terrasse med sjøutsikt, leiligheten dekket absolutt alle være behov! Anlegget er bygd for en del år siden og bar litt preg av slitasje, men alt fungerte fint :) Vi opplevde at det ble lagt ned mye arbeid i å holde uteområdet pent og ryddig. Selv om vi var utenfor høysesong var alle restauranter åpne og godt besøkt.
Utendørsbassenget var litt i kaldeste laget (selv om det absolutt gikk an å dyppe seg!), men noe som virkelig trakk opp i våre øyne var fri tilgang til den fantastiske velværeavdelingen med godt utstyrt treningsrom, herlig innendørsbasseng, jacuzzi, tyrkisk badstue og sauna. Vi tilbragte mange timer her i løpet av uka - herlig!
Selve Calahonda var kanskje ikke spesielt sjarmerende, men promenaden langs stranden var fantastisk med flere strandbarer/restauranter å stoppe på underveis.
Alt i alt en herlig ferieuke i en fin leilighet i "norske sommertemperaturer" (18-22 pluss) :)

Pros: We stayed in the Sandra D townhouse at Dona Lola. What a lovely place! The townhouse was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. It is an upgraded property with lovely and comfortable furnishings and everything we needed for a enjoyable stay. We loved the fold away patio doors which completely opened up the bedroom to the outdoors. There are two incredibly comfy chairs in the bedroom from which to watch the sea and the beach - people with their dogs on the beach and the fisherman, sailboats and cruise ships on the Mediterranean. I woke up each day with the sunrise and sat with my tea for hours and we enjoyed our dinner there every evening watching the sunset. The Dona Lola resort is lovely. All of the guests were couples or young families and were all extremely quiet and respectful. It was a very serene environment.
