Our cozy and unique house is located directly at Plaza San Anton typical and lively environment. It sleeps up to 6 guests and offers various spaces to relax or work:
✔ 3 well-sized bedrooms - 1 comfortable king-size and 2 queen-size beds, all air-conditioned plus additional ceiling fan and closet.
✔ 2 bathrooms -- one bigger, one small, all with hot water "walk-in"-shower.
✔ A fully equipped kitchen - (blender, microwave, coffee machine, stove and refrigerator with freezer) gives you the choice of cooking by yourself or eating out in one of the restaurants close by.
✔ A comfortable dining area designed for 6 people right next to the kitchen.
✔ Living room with balcony - big and comfortable sofa, lounge chair and ceiling fan.
✔ Guests also like to relax on the outdoor chairs on the tiny Spanish patio - even as addition to the dining room with the sliding doors opened.
✔ 42" LED Smart TV - 300 local and international TV channels (including US networks and sports)
✔ Big dining table can be used as "office-area" where up to 4 people can work comfortably
✔ Free WiFi (up to 50Mbit).
✔ Safety box at no extra cost.
✔ 24h Electicity - because of battery inverter backup (110V).
✔ All cultural and social attractions for you to explore nearby in short walking distance.
✔ Safe paid parking (optional - recommended) close by.
✔ FREE Parking is available on public streets surrounding the building.
✔ Everything is walking distance.
✔ The area is considered absolutely safe to walk around day and night.
Great for couples, families, groups, bachelors, business travelers, digital nomads, etc.
✔ We provide free cleaning service, clean towels and sheets once a week (after 7 days). If you desire some additional service we will be happy to arrange it, additional costs apply.
✔ Big supermarket "La Sirena" only about 2min. walk from our house.
✔ On request we can arrange airport pickup for US$ 35.- (until 3 guest, more U$ 40.-) with our trusted driver. He can also assist with your check-in if you want.
✔ FYI: As on all squares and streets in the Dominican Republic, it is quite normal to find several people on the usually busy "Plaza San Anton", especially in the afternoon and evening. Some just sit and rest there, others drink something or dance sometimes, or even young people who play basketball there.
