Maison de pêcheur 4 chambres sur une des rues les plus recherchées à PG Sud totalement rénovée pendant l’hiver 2022/23.

Tout sera parfaitement neuf de la cuisine, salles de bain aux meubles (100% BOConcept!) et sol (pierres de Ostuni Pouilles, Italie).

Très beau jardin avec amarrage privée de 4x12m à votre disposition.

Exceptionnellement accueillant pour des enfants (Bac à sable, 3 lits bébé, petit pots etc)…

Terrasse au 2ème étage avec vue splendide sur les canaux de Port Grimaud.

Parking privatif (couvert) a 200m.

The property is a charming house with ample space. Its location is perfect, a pleasant 20 min walk into Port Grimaud and seven minutes walk to a quiet and unspoilt residents’ beach. The private parking space nearby is a great addition as is the residents’ boat service. The house has recently been renovated; although not yet finished. Some small tweaks would make this a great stay, such as a small welcome pack with general info and essentials (always welcome after a long journey). The garden could also do with a bit of work as it has great potential but we couldn’t really use it as it was a bit rickety and tired. Would recommend.
