Overall the property was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We had fun cooking breakfast before our daily outings and enjoyed wine and snacks with our evening game nights.
I have nothing negative to say but just a few things to point out to set your expectations- before going I saw another reviewer on the spiders and cobwebs down at the dock, this is true but at no fault of the property- it’s just Tennessee in the summer. The owner cleared them before we came and we would clear them daily but those little guys are persistent.
Secondly the walk from the house to the dock is steep, again not a bad thing, just nature of the property, if you are able bodied after the first walk you get use to it but if you have restrictions it’s something to keep in mind.
The owner set us up with all sorts of information on activities and where to rent a boat if we wanted. This was super helpful because it took some of the stress out of planning and we knew it was owner approved (even though we were allowed to use anyone)
Property felt safe in the evenings and it was actually pretty close to stores and restaurants.

My friends and I were more than delighted with the property. The house was very clean and had more than enough room to accommodate 8 adults. The lake was warm and clean. The dock, upper level of the boat house, and back porch gave us some wonderful views and were perfect for catching some sun or playing some games. I would love to go back and I can’t recommend this place enough!

House was great with plenty of room for our entire family. Bobby, the property manager, was THE BEST! Attentive to our every need. Don’t hesitate to rent!

We found this gem for a group of 8 friends (4 couples) to spend a relaxing weekend on a lake and were very pleased with how easy, comfortable and beauitful everything turned out to be! Bobby was incredibly helpful and flexible in the check in process, the house was well prepared and clean, had a BEAUTIFUL lake view and low key vibes. Would absolutely go back with a similar size group. There are a lot of stairs going down to the lake so be warned if anyone has mobility issues. The deck was a bit too grungy to use and had an odd 6 person limit (but seating for 10?). Nevertheless plenty of places to hang as a group or solo. Would highly recommend!

We had a youth group conference to attend & the teen had some great fellowship time on the dock as well as some relaxing time! Jesus is coming back soon!

The house was very nice for a family getaway. Plenty of space for sleeping and plenty of common area ad well.

The house was perfect for our family get together for Thanksgiving and our grandson’s birthday. It was nice to have private king rooms and baths for the 6 adults and a great space for 4 kids. Even our teenage grandson had the office as a private place to hang out. It was a little too cool for time on the deck but the dock was great for fishing and the fire pit for an outdoor fire. The cousins enjoyed their time together and there was lots of room for the adults to be together too. There were a few minor issues but our property manager Bobby Wheeler was very prompt in answering any concerns. Thanks Bobby for helping make this a great time for us to be together. I would recommend this home for families or friends to be together.

Had a family birthday weekend with ten people from ages 6 to 63 and the home was perfect for all of them. The kids had their own room to watch movies and have cousin time, while the adults all had king size beds to relax in after an exciting day down at the dock…so plenty of space for our group. Bobby answered all our questions before we got there and was a pleasure to work with. Overall we would definitely recommend this home.

The house was beautiful and we love the area and city of Chattanooga. The view was fantastic. Bobby was a great property manager. The home is slightly worn and needed a good vacuuming that we took care of. One bathroom door wouldn’t close. Minor issues that didn’t take away from our enjoyment at all. Again, thanks to Bobby for making everything easy and enjoyable. We’ll be back to the area soon.

Great house. We slept 11 easily. Great Lake and superb location on the lake. We brought a canoe and rented two boats for the week. Great fishing and restaurants. Played games every night and cooked on outdoor porch and kitchen. Would go again.

This house was perfect for our 8 visitors. Bathrooms and TV’s in each bedroom were appreciated. When we arrived, there were all the ingredients for breakfast the following day, also lots of snacks. Plenty of beach towels so you do not have to bring your own (FYI, it is not listed). We had a great time!

When you book a vacation rental, you’re understandably concerned about whether the place you’ve selected will live up to the listing hype, right? So maybe you set your expectations a little lower just so you won’t be really disappointed by the reality when you actually get there.
Well, with this place, there are no worries! It exceeds the “hype” in about every category. The view is fantastic. It’s clean and quiet. The kitchen is great. The beds are really comfortable, and the bedding is outstanding. The towels are thick. The sofa is so large and soft, you’ll be tempted to skip the beautiful bedrooms and just sleep there. The dock is large and offers both sun and shade during the day, and mood lighting in the evening. The bear rug in an upstairs bedroom is phenomenal in bare feet.
The cons, you ask? Well, the driveway is steep with a sharp bend at the end. There are about 102 steps down from the deck to the dock. Not a big deal going down, but it’ll test you climbing back up. There’s not much else any of us could think of.
More pro’s include the fact that there’s coffee, sugar and creamer on hand. There’s a spice carousel with everything you’re likely to need. Plenty of paper products on hand, spare towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, lots of silverware and plates and cups and glassware. Two ovens are stacked below the microwave. I could continue, but you get the picture. There were a dozen of us – 7 adults, 4 teens, and an 8-year-old – and we all had a wonderful time over a 4-day weekend. You’ll need to bring clothes and food, and beach toys and sunscreen, but that’s about all. You’re gonna like this place!!

Overall fantastic stay. House is beautiful. Convenience of personal dock was great for our boat and jet ski rentals. The ONLY complaints are that the kitchen potholders and the bathroom rugs were not clean and the driveway proved rather difficult for our 3 vehicles to maneuver.

Very nice house with a beautiful spot on the lake. The house is well stocked and nicely furnished and the owner was responsive and great to deal with. We come to Lake Chickamauga every year for an event and will definitely be back!

Beautiful house that was more than we expected from the photos. Perfect space for our family gathering for Lee graduation weekend. Loved all the extra touches like shampoo/soap in every bathroom. Spent lots of time on the second level of the boat dock, gorgeous and relaxing. Just pack a lunch as the walk back up is a grind :) Bobby & LeAnn (local contacts during stay) were wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!

The views and entire home was absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed the special touches, such as plenty of shampoo/conditioner/lotion luxury hand/wash and bath towels. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need, even fully stocked with coffee, powder creamer, sugar sweeteners and even stevia. The furnishings were so comfortable and the art and decor was amazing. Although we were here for a wedding and did not spend a lot of time in the home, we would love to come back and utilize more of the amenities that are available. The owner was very responsive and helpful during check in and checkout. We’ll be back 😃

Stunning lakefront home! We loved our stay over Christmas with 9 of us. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable! We ran across a few minor issues. We called Jill and she was very kind and told us she would take care if it! I would recommend bringing any board games with you. Otherwise the house is fully stocked with everything you need! Even a coffee station and little snacks were provided! Will rent again over the summer to take advantage of water and dock!!

This house was WAY more than we expected!! We stayed there during our daughter's tournament, and unfortunately (don't tell her I said this) we spent too much time at the softball fields to really enjoy this house. It was very, VERY spacious (my kids describe it as "massive"), peaceful and perfectly placed on the river. My wife REALLY appreciated the large laundry room and fully-equipped kitchen while I chilled as often and as long as I could on the dock enjoying the fire and a cold adult beverage! The check-in/check-out process ran flawlessly, and Ms Jill (our contact agent) was quite possibly the most helpful contact agent EVER! We DEFINITELY plan to book this house every time we play in Chattanooga!!
