Nothing is more refreshing than a private pool to spash in after a sunny day by the beach, a gaming area with ping pong and foosball to entertain your guests, a gas grill, and the modern interior that provides pure comfort with plenty of room for everyone. Arrive to the luxurious curb appeal of this home that includes a gorgeous wrap-around balcony surrounded by tropical landscaping and swaying palm trees. The main living space is located on the second level with cool coastal hues and a glow of natural light that makes the home feel bright and airy. The lavish kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, contemporary light fixtures that illuminate the kitchen island w/ barstools, and is fully stocked with all the essentials. Off from modern kitchen is a formal dining table that can comfortably seat six and the living space that features two plush sofas where you can truly unwind while streaming all of your favorite shows from the large flat panel HDTV. Open up the French doors that lead to the porch where you can soak up the island breeze anytime of the day. The 4 elegant bedrooms have been designed with brand new furniture, premium beds, crisp linens, ambient lighting, and storage for your beach bags. The master suite highlights a king bed with an ensuite bathroom where you can take a soothing soak in the freestanding tub or step into the spacious glass walled shower, and utilize the spacious marble vanity w/ dual sinks. The second bedroom is a fun space the younger crew, that features a twin over queen bunk and a large mirrored closet. The third bedroom includes two twin size beds, while the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed for a peaceful slumber. On the lower level of the home you will discover the backyard oasis with an open air, covered dining/lounging area that’s steps from the secluded heated pool and jetted spa that you can plunge into after your morning beach run. Fire up the grill for bbq feast, rest on the hammock, and challenging your friends and family to a round of ping pong or foosball. Your outdoor shower will help clean off all the sandy feet after returning from the blissful beach and a washer/dryer is available for your convenience.
