Thee service and the rooms were average. Rooms did not have a window, the taps in the bathroom were leaking and the room cleanliness was average.

Enjoyable experience

We had a consistently enjoyable experience. The concierge team's promptness and on-time delivery of our requests were greatly appreciated. The staff, particularly the front office team, was consistently courteous and always available to assist us. The overall ambience was fantastic, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were no significant issues to note.

We were thoroughly impressed with the room, ambience, and food. The staff's support and politeness were outstanding. Whether it was dinner or breakfast, the food tasted exceptionally good. The team's friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. The restaurant managers were always eager to lend a hand, and every individual on the staff felt like a personal host, contributing to a truly memorable experience.

For a comfortable and budget-friendly option, look no further than this hotel. The room and restroom were spotlessly clean, and the staff were polite and ready to assist. Disapointing

Nothing because we cannot go in, because we are not indian, and we are not refund actually

We Book 2 day before, online checkin with passeport also. So they know we are not indian. And After 12hours by sleeper bus we go to the Rk Palace, and they juste Say : No strangers here....

Good place to stay in Vadodara city.

The staff was excellent and the room was good, the service was also very nice.

There are no restaurants nearby that's the only problem. And the staff need to be more knowledgeable about the local places to inform the visitors if they need it..

at the time of booking the price of hotel was 2,598.70 but they have charged around Rs.2900 for the same booking .
