About this house rental

Beautiful, brand new (October 2022) home right on the lake across from a great marina. If there is a happening place in Conroe, this Marina would be the place. Guests could easily boat or kayak to dinner and/or shopping. We provide two kayaks and one paddle board for your use. Our home is 3 stories with 5 large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms- sleeping 12. We have a private boat dock and lift for a vhull boat and a jet ski, two balconies and a patio. All bedrooms are on the second and third floors so stairs are required. We’ve set up a couple of different work areas for those of you that can’t completely break away from the grind. Each room is equipped with a smart TV. We have a large game room fully equipped with pool table, lots of games, karaoke and a Wii U. We’ve truly tried to provide our guests with anything they could possibly need. We hope above all, that our guests notice that we tried to make our place a home away from home. We are a single family home but still close to our neighbors. We therefore, need to be respectful of both privacy and noise. If you are looking for a place to “party it up” we are probably not your place! We love families, girls weekends, guys weekends, fishing trips, etc. We don’t love events and parties. Our home is protected by outside cameras for your safety and our peace of mind. I can't say enough good things about Stacy and this property. The house looks and feels like a high end resort. When we arrived, the house was already cooled off, fun music was playing and fresh cookies were waiting for us on the massive kitchen island. As we walked the house you could tell someone put a ton of thought into things that would make your stay more enjoyable from bug zappers on every patio (ended up buying some myself because they worked so well), kayaks, a paddle board, fully stocked game closet in the huge game room with the pool table, numerous phone chargers, extra trash bags, the list goes on and on. We had a crew of 12 and it was more than enough space. The fact that you are on the corner lot means there is a ton of space to swim right next to the dock without being in the way of boat/jet ski traffic plus you're a very short drive (or boat ride) to plenty of restaurants. Stacy was very accommodating from check in to checkout and very punctual with communication. We look forward to our next visit!

What an amazing property! Everything was perfect. From the house to the property owner, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The house was immaculate, well stocked, and incredibly organized. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Our group can’t wait to go back!

Amazing home right on the lake with so many amenities! I have never stayed in such a well stocked rental home. The owner has added many touches that go above and beyond: from the makeup wipes in all bathrooms to a wonderful game and toy closet that is full of games and kid toys to outdoor activity items.. I could go on and on. Do yourselves a favor and stay here!

The townhouse is extremely comfortable, 3 stories so if you have trouble climbing stairs this a no go since all bedrooms are upstairs. Other than that, this place is gorgeous and well appointed. You have access to the lake from the backyard unfortunately it was cold during our stay, and we did not sit outside to enjoy the view. Nearby, you have several restaurants, shops, and lots of donut’s stores, lol. I would definitely rent this location in the future.

As my husband put it, this house is like Mary Poppins, it looks small from the outside but it just keeps going when you get inside. Not only did we have enough room, but it was comfortably and made you feel right at home. One big plus for us was the boat dock, with the lift. Nothing like easily coming and going as you please with the boat right there. Also you cant beat the view from either floor. Although its a bit too hot to sit on the balconys right now, you can still enjoy the view from inside. We are already planning a trip back, and hope to make it a yearly place for us to stay! Thank you Stacey for being quick to respond and so generous!

Amazing property in the best location. This home was beautiful and kept immaculate with every amenity and comfort provided by the owners. They truly have thought of and provided everything you could think of. The home and yard feels a lot larger since it is on the end and the layout is perfect for entertaining adults while the kids sneak away to the fully stocked game room. The location cannot be beat. There are no other comparable homes that we would allow our children to kayak to the marina since it is right there. Aside from many great restaurants at the marina the kids enjoyed going by water to Starbucks or marble slab each day. Thank you Stacy for being the best owner/host out there and for all the time end energy you have put into your home. It has all paid off. We will be sure to be back year after year.

We had a wedding at a nearby venue and this was a perfect place for the Grooms side of the family to stay. Plenty of rooms to choose from for the different families, and places for everyone to hang out in. The hosts were wonderful and left a few tasty treats for us. We felt as if we were just visiting friends and felt very much at home.

So many great perks to this property: all the game options, reading material, kayak, paddle board, boat dock, kitchen seating, bedding, even the rugs were plush- not cheap. I also loved the conveniences in the bathrooms. Hostess was friendly, proactive, and conveyed expectations clearly and cleverly :). Check in process couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend.

The property is large, clean, new, and beautiful. The location is perfect, and close to everything. The home is well stocked with top of the line everything. The beds are comfortable and large. This home is just “wow”! Perfect for our family in town for a wedding weekend. Tons of space and beautifully decorated and super clean. Well stocked with lots of thought put into all the details. Fantastic communication with the owners which is so appreciated. And we have a boat so the lift was a bonus. We will definitely stay again!!

We had 3 families staying for spring break this week with 5 kids total ranging from 2 years old to 14 years old. We were able to spread our comfortably and we had everything we needed in the house. The owners communicated very well and kept us informed of any rules we needed to be aware of. Lots of games and outdoor fun our families got to enjoy. The house was very clean. There was a crib for my 2 year old and a high chair which made it super convenient! It was a lovely stay overall! Nothing bad to say! Would love to come back!
