OVERVIEW
This pet and family friendly home is located in the prestigious Tamarisk neighborhood of Rancho Mirage. The 2400 sq ft home is nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac in a small, non-gated community with access to a shared tennis court. This chic home is newly furnished with a Bohemian meets California Casual vibe and most importantly, with ultimate comfort in mind.
The stylish home features 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, large walk-in closets, and Smart TVs with cable. Relax on the comfy down sofa in the living room. Enjoy dinners with family and friends in the modern dining room with seating for up to 10 or create your favorite drink at the sunken wet bar.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen opens to a breakfast area and cozy family room with Smart TV so you won’t miss your favorite show while cooking. The home also includes a laundry room with new front loading washer/dryer and a 2 car garage. High speed wireless WIFI, a Ring doorbell and a Bluetooth printer/copier/scanner are provided. The home is equipped with luxurious bedding, plush bath towels, outdoor games and pool floats.
The outdoor oasis is fully enclosed and features fruit trees, lawn area for croquet, sparkling salt water pool with jacuzzi and mountain views. Relax by the pool in the chaise lounge chairs under the umbrella. Or relax under the covered patio in the outdoor living room and enjoy al fresco meals at the beautiful dining table that seats up to 10. There is also a gas BBQ for grilling.

Living/Dining Room
The bright, cozy living room has vaulted ceilings and features a natural limestone gas fireplace and 65” OLED Smart TV, perfect for movie night or cozying up in front of a fire. There is a sliding glass door to the pool area that has remote controlled blinds. The living room adjoins to the modern dining room with seating for up to 10, complete with teak side board for extra storage. There is a sunken wet bar off of the living room (and family room) with a beverage frig to prepare your favorite evening cocktails. There is also a 1/2 bath off the living/dining area.
Kitchen
The fully stocked kitchen offers a center island, granite counters, French door frig, gas cooktop, double wall oven, trash compactor, microwave and a new dishwasher. The kitchen is well appointed with all the bells and whistles to make the perfect meal. There is amble kitchen storage. The kitchen opens to a generous breakfast area and cozy family room with down sofa, Smart TV with cable, and plenty of board games for family night.
Master Bedroom with Fireplace
Indulge yourself in a premium top of the line luxury king mattress with down comforter and pillows, Smart TV with cable, and electric fireplace with remote to ease yourself to sleep in ultimate comfort. In the morning, grab a coffee and a book and melt into the comfy down chair. Remote controlled black out blinds allow you to sleep in at your leisure. The master en-suite bath includes a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower and a large walk in closet. The primary bedroom opens out to pool and spa and gorgeous mountain views.
King Guest Bedroom
Our King guest room with en-suite bathroom includes top of the line king bed with adjustable base with remote to accommodate relaxing in your favorite sleeping position. It also has a 40 inch smart tv with cable and a large walk-in closet.
2 Queen Guest Bedroom
This serene guest room has two queen size beds with down comforters and pillows, 40” smart tv with cable, en-suite bathroom and large walk in closet.
Backyard and Outdoor Living
Enjoy the enclosed private yard with grapefruit and lemon trees, abundance of hummingbirds, beautiful sunset filled skies and starry nights. The backyard includes a covered patio with outdoor living area and a dining table that seats up to 10 guests. There are 4 pool chaise lounges with umbrella. There is a gas fireplace for all your BBQ needs. The sparkling saltwater pool and spa are maintained weekly. Spa heat is included in the nightly rate, but please note there is a charge of $50.00 per day for pool heat paid in advance if you wish to heat the pool. If you would like unlimited heating of the pool for 28 days, an additional $1400 fee will be required.
Pets
We welcome well behaved pets, however, pet acceptance is subject to the manager’s approval and a pet deposit is required if the pet is approved. There is also a pet fee: $150 per pet. Owners are expected to be responsible for pets and not leave them unattended to bark or cause a noise disturbances. It is also the pet owners responsibility to clean up after pets in backyard and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Rancho Mirage is located along the foothills of the Santa Rosa mountains between Palm Springs and Palm Desert adjacent to Cathedral City and Palm Desert. It is home to and has been home to a number of celebrities, including Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bing Crosby, Sammy Davis Jr., Lucille Ball, Bob Hope, and Gerald and Betty Ford. It has been nicknamed "Playground of the Presidents and "Golf Capital of the World.” There are many restaurants and 5 star hotels nearby including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. We are in very close proximity to the Sunnyland Center and Gardens.

RENTAL RULES
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
This Tamarisk home is located in a very QUIET residential neighborhood where it is important to respect the neighbors. Since it is such a small, quiet neighborhood, we ask our guests to be considerate of our neighbors. We ask our guest to be responsible and to take care of our home as if it were their home. We also require that the home be lightly cleaned weekly or bi-weekly by our housekeepers. Please contact the manager if any question arise regarding rental rules.
The city has ordinances that all guests are required to follow:
• City of Rancho Mirage does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time of day or night. Hence, No music or amplified sound is allowed outside at any time.
• There is a desert wide 10:00 curfew for STR homes where no one is allowed to be in the back yard after 10:00 pm.
• Occupancy rates for a 3 bedroom house is 6 people.
• Primary renter needs to be 30 years of age.
• A maximum of 3 cars is permitted per household at any given time and all cars must be parked in the driveway or garage.
• No events or parties are permitted.
• $1000-$5000 fines will be levied by the city for breaches of any Ordinances.
• These are the city laws and we expect our renters to abide by them and provide the utmost of respect to the property and to the neighbors.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a “Good Neighbor Policy”. You are advised to keep in mind that our home is located in a very quiet, private neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City will be subject to a fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager. There are no parties allowed at this Property.

I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a beautiful home complete with pool, hot tub, grass and lots of outdoor seating. I can’t begin to explain the home itself, it’s lovely and very well stocked. The property manager and the owner both were quick to respond to any questions we had.

I drove from Texas to stay a month and it felt just like home. Michael, the Manager, met me the day I arrived. He was extremely helpful in showing me the house. Fully stocked home with so many extra's. A cute gift basket was left with all sorts of goodies for me and my pets! So adorable. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood which was great for walking my dog and close to shopping and restaurants. I will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Rancho Mirage. Rachelle was kind enough to meet us in person when we arrived and show us around her home. She also left us wonderful welcome gifts for ourselves. And for our puppy. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was well laid out for entertaining. We enjoyed the backyard, especially the covered seating area when it got too sunny. The pool and hot tub were lovely too. If we had any questions, we got a swift response back from Michael the property manager. We were very happy with our stay and hoping to come back next year!

It was spacious and the pool and spa were wonderful. Unfortunately the weather was so cool that we didn't get to use them much of the time. This house was much better supplied than others we have rented in the past. All paper and laundry products were supplied plus seasonings in the kitchen.
