Good value to use as a base

Location was great, good parking.

It smelt of stale smoke and there were tissues left from previous visitors

Great if you are on a budget.

Great communication and well presented.

Could of been cleaner. My friend found dried up chocolate on a duvet cover upon arrival. Only one full toilet roll was provided, so I had to go buy more ( 6 adults, 2 nights, post curry... ) Considering it sleeps 8 there was only enough crockery, cutlery and cups for 5 people. More pillows and bigger towels please.

Superb

Excellent location, very close to the workplace.

The cockrel next door deciding to wake everyone up at 4.30am was a bit of a spoiler.

Lovely property, in a great locatation, clean and value for money. Would stay again.

Really lovely property - great value for money, easy parking either just outside or in side roads very close by. Inside it was nice and clean, really comfy beds, lovely garden and well equipped. The house is easy to find and within easy walking distance of the town centre, and close by both to the out of town shopping centre and Telford too.

Nothing. I would stay here again.

Great location

The location was fantastic- easy to get to Telford and iron bridge. The cleaner was polite and friendly

The parking was a bit of a pain during our stay. The blinds let in alot of light too and the road was quite noisy at times. Most doors didn't close properly and also as a family with three it's worth if you go to check a few things , like for instance the fireplace surrounding at the bottom of the stairs (if a child was to fall and bump there head on the corner) . Lots if pipes are exposed so when water was on they were extremely hot. The toilet downstairs was a bit if a pain too (with two children who are 6 and 4 and toilet trained but had to go downstairs during teh night for the toilet) We didn't meet William the manager but the cleaner met us who was lovely but was a bit shocked when she stated 'I never get told who is arriving when'

Super comfy

The beds were so comfy and spacious, plenty of space, the staff were able to help at a minutes notice with any issues we had

Some pots were left unclean upon arrival, it does say there is a Hot Tub, but there isn't, only a downstairs bath

stay was awesome really loved it rooms were spacious and stocked up

great facilities spacious and easy access close to shops great fast Wi-Fi and we even had sky tv

toilet and bathroom being only downstairs past the kitchen and water was not hot in shower after a few people had had a shower
