The space:
Our comfortable modern tiny home has everything you'll need for your stay! If you are looking to experience tiny home living, something unique or a cozy place to unwind then our tiny home is for you! Just bring yourself! Everything else you'll need for a comfortable getaway is already fully stocked.
The master loft features a comfy queen mattress, beautiful lighting, stylish decor and a flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. Down in the main living area you'll find a beautiful twin leather day bed sofa for extra guests to sleep.
Long day on the slopes or in the snow? Not a problem. Enjoy HEATED flooring throughout the main living area and into the full bathroom. The tiny home is equipped with both AC & Heating for a comfortable temperature no matter the time of year. The bathroom has a full shower, luggage rack, designated spot to hang clothes and stunning decor to make even the bathroom a stylish place to be!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need including cooking pans, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee maker, mixing bowls, cutting boards, toaster and a large farmhouse styled sink to go with a full gas stove and oven. It also has a full sized refrigerator and a washer/dryer combo to take care of your laundry during your stay. (To be noted; the washer/dryer is a combo and considering it’s size takes a tad longer to dry your load. It isn’t broken, just takes a little longer.)
Kids are welcome but I will advise that super small children will need to be watched closely as the stairs up to the loft could pose potential danger. This should come without asking but kids should not be left in the tiny home alone at any time.

It was a very comfortable peaceful stay. We were in the process of closing on a new house and the no stress accomodations were perfect

We mostly just had trouble with location even finding the trailer in the trailer park was difficult and we were directed by Google maps to the back gate so we couldn’t figure out how to get into the park but we finally figured it all out and it worked out OK after a little bit of stress, but it was absolutely beautiful inside and comfortable And we really enjoyed it. I mean, I would definitely stay there again. It was very conveniently located to the freeway and to shopping and food so location location location is not necessarily a bad thing. It’s a good thing I think a little more marking on the actual trailer would make it easier for.

Loved this Tiny home! So cute! I felt like I was in a cabin in the middle of a city. The bed is so comfy! Full size bathroom and kitchen was ideal! Perfect size for 2-3!

Overall good place to stay for convenience to the location we were visiting. RV park is quiet. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Lights from traffic on the neighboring streets behind the home light up the loft at night because there is no way to block the upper window directly across from the loft sleeping area. If lights flashing into your sleeping area (brake or headlights) don't bother you at night, this would work for you.

The cabin was cute, but the location wasn't, we didn't realize this was in a trailer park. Also, upon getting settled we realized that the kitchen sink was broken and it took several minutes to figure out if we could get water in the kitchen, we did, but only cold water. The sponge to do the dishes was absolutely disgusting, and was dirty, so we could not clean the dishes. The dryer took forever to dry clothes and the hand towel holder in the bathroom on the side of the sink was broken as well. The white bathroom towels were dingy and really didn't look clean, or they needed to be replaced. While the white robes were a nice touch they too appeared dingy and unclean. I have used VRBO for many trips and this is the first one that disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay here! The tiny house was a neat and quiet place. We loved the way it was set up and decorated. My only complaint would be about the heating situation. The only sources of heat are a couple space heaters and heated flooring. The heated floors did not work while we were there and I got just a little bit chilly at times. The shower water also didn’t get very hot either. We still enjoyed staying here, just wish the listing described the heating a little better as we were here when it was pretty cold outside.

Great cozy cabin perfect for a vacation or in our case a small Staycation…it was very clean and comfortable great amenities and just over all one of the best places to stay in for a lovely getaway. Will definitely book again in the future .!!

The property is located in an area with a great view of the mountains. The property itself is a very nice tiny home. The cabin feel is amazing and it is so well kept.
The only thing that was not very inviting was unfortunately all the trailers that are adjacent to the house. This takes away from being able to sit outside and enjoy the Mountain View.

Very quiet and cute the bed was very comfortable and the host was quick to answer when needed!

Loved the cabin, it was really cute. The only suggestion I would make is to have a window shade over the large window by the sink. It's the only one without one and it faces directly into someone's RV so it felt a little weird.

Perfect location in Draper. Had everything we could need and really nicely decorated and great appliances and cooking equipment.

We loved our stay in the tiny home! It felt like being inside a magazine or something. Great aesthetic and amenities. Any questions or issues were quickly resolved by the host. We appreciated the communication and will stay again. I was overwhelmed by the busyness of the area initially (really by greater SLC in general, coming from a town with 4 stop lights) but I got used to it and we ended up really enjoying the neighborhood and little park. Inside with the AC/fan I didn’t even hear the interstate even though it was very close.

We were in town for a conference and the location was great. The neighborhoods, especially behind the trailer park were a great place to go a morning g run!! Very beautiful. The home had up to date appliances and was cozy. Thank you for the letting us stay .

In love with the thoughtfulness that went into this location. The photos are accurate and the decor is rustic & classy. Clean robes, very comfortable bed, laundry pods, coffee pot, travel size shampoo and conditioner, and the heated floors are amazing. We will definitely stay here again, but next time we will do laundry in the combo washer and dryer with more time for it to cool:) The safety feature wouldn't allow us to open the door until it fully cooled but the property owner was so kind and quick to respond when I asked why! Such a pleasant experience and I am so happy with our stay.

Everything was as expected. Neighbor should move his truck from the parking space on the asphalt. I needed to park partially on the grass??? Otherwise good.

Such a cool experience to stay in a tiny house! Very unique and exciting! The house was very clean and tidy when we checked in there was even free washer and pods, to do our laundry before we came home. I like how they left us robes too and a free notebook! I little bit pricey but i would say worth it!

I cannot speak more highly of this tiny gem! Such an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. It was extremely clean, smelt amazing, and the decor brought a smile to our faces. The distance from the cabin to down town Salt Lake City and to Park City was perfect, as it is very close to both. I highly recommend this cabin, and the hosts were great as they answered any question I had and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. I also appreciated the welcome gift they left for us upon arrival. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Utah!

The home was perfect for our family of 3! The home and decorations were aesthetically pleasing and cozy. I loved the cabin-feel of the property! I was looking forward to staying in this home since I booked it and the stay was just as fun and comfortable as I had hoped! The bed was super soft and comfortable and the loft area cute. I especially appreciated the full-size fridge, stove and oven (not to mention the array of available kitchen tools!)
The home was very clean which helped make us feel extra welcome! Although we had a busy weekend I kept wanting to just go chill in this private, cozy tiny home.
