Find comfort in this spacious, unique and over the top space! Sleeping up to 13 people this space has plenty of room for everyone! 2 king beds, 4 twins, 2 sofa beds, 1 crib & 1 rollaway (upon request. Count does not include crib). 3 bedrooms downstairs, 1 upstairs. Bathrooms are downstairs. Enjoy some fresh coffee at the overstocked coffee bar, grab a provided continental style breakfast, hot tea, hot chocolate, a soda, or go upstairs to chill on the bean bag chair with a book, play an arcade game, or watch tv on one of 4 tvs in the house!!! 75” tv in the completely redone fireplace will make your watch gathering a huge success! Living area complete with a nice live edge sofa table for extra seating. And that’s just the inside! Outside is the biggest additions of all! Under the covered pergola is even more seating overlooking the large turf space with three hole mini golf with glowing golf balls for a little added fun. Or look around the corner and find a swing set stout enough to handle the big kids! You’d be hard pressed to find anything like this in the area. On top of that, no cleaning to have a positive check out! The automatic cleaning fee covers everything that people hate about the check out process. The only thing I ask is to pick up trash and put in trash cans and if you spill, just be decent and clean up after yourselves. No need to strip beds, collect towels, do dishes or anything! This is your private “ hotel” and is now designed to be enjoyed that way!

Property owner is very responsive to messages the house is absolutely beautiful with a big yard for kids to play. Everything was labeled which made things easier. Overall 10 out of 10!!!!

The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Notes and labels throughout the house ensured we knew how to easily access Wi-Fi, lights etc. Check out was easy, with very reasonable expectations for us. If in the area again I will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. There was enough rooms for 9 family members to stay and have privacy when needed. The amenities were great and the whole family enjoyed the arcade games and golf. The location was perfect for us and the proximity of stores and restaurants was very good. The family wants to stay there again!

We had a group of 7 staying here for a wedding. We had the rest of the wedding party over for dinner and board games with no issue! We all comfortably fit in this beautiful quirky home with plenty of room to spare! LOVED the Harry Potter room! Was not expecting that! We definitely made use of the mini golf in the backyard as well as the croquette set! My first night there I did binge the Archie comics in the library! That was definitely nostalgic! Area was nice and convenient, had a Walmart down the road and lots of food! This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit!

I stayed due to a wedding in town for my niece. Everything I could have ever wanted was there. Plenty of towels, "paper" towels were a cute perk, washer/dryer, all condiments for every need. Snack were a definite bonus when our wedding party (7 bridesmaids and bride) were over working on flowers. It is decorated beautifully, all modern and great quality, deck/yard awesome as well. I felt right at home and would recommend this place to anyone adults and children.

This house had everything!!! It was above and beyond any other bnb had to offer!!!!! We had the female side of a wedding party stay here. The coffee bar nook was super cute and had so many snacks !!! We had a couple expecting mothers and a couple breastfeeding mothers that over indulged. But we all took advantage of it. The fridge was stocked with drinks. The boys were super jealous of the golf green we had in the backyard!!!!! We had our 2 large dogs with us as well and they had plenty of room to run in the back yard as well as the house . The rooms were large with comfy beds and lots of extras!!!! By far the best bnb we have stayed at and would recommend it to any large group.

We had a great stay. Plenty of space and linen which is rare in rentals at times. Home was family friendly and in a great location. One bedroom is upstairs but all bathrooms are on main floor which we really appreciated. We will be back in the area and hope to book this property again

About us: We stayed 3 nights/4 days. We had 7-8 adults (>20 yr olds) from out of state (Texas and Alaska) and we were visiting family in Edmund. This was the first time this home had been listed on VRBO and there were issues with double bookings that resolved themselves when the other group cancelled. The host did try to accommodate with alternative lodging that would not have worked for us but was gracious to offer. I believe that the issue with the VRBO settings that allowed the double-booking is resolved and should not be an issue moving forward. All of the communications with the host were very informative and helpful. With the confusion around the booking, it would have been helpful to have a means to get more urgent questions answered. The host was traveling while we were trying to figure out the status of the booking. When we left for Oklahoma on the day of check-in, we did not have an address or check-in instructions. Needless to say, this was added stress that could have been avoided. We were able to get in touch with each other by phone on the trip to Edmund and it all worked out fine. The beds had been changed some from the original configuration when it was booked but it still met our needs and I have been told that the website has been updated (I think the host has some flexibility in configuration to help meet your needs). The decor was nice and clearly updated with a designers touch. The home was clean. I would consider staying there again.
