About this house rental
Have fun with the whole family in this light and airy home featuring a separate private bungalow. Only a short walk to Dromana beach, this home radiates warmth and encourages nothing but beachside relaxation. While you are here, take the boogie boards for a splash in the waves, then snuggle up with a board game or watch a movie. Your children and pets will be safe and endlessly entertained with a secure and spacious backyard.

Suitable for multi-generational families or other large groups, the main house will be yours to gather in and create memories. The spacious bungalow, with its own queen sofa bed, bathroom and alfresco dining area, provides added flexibility and privacy. The house is safe and secure – perfect for young children.

• Three good sized bedrooms including queen beds, singles and bunks.
• Private and separate bungalow.
• A secure backyard with a swing.
The kitchen has all the essentials, and two fridges – one for your drinks and the other for food. With the local IGA and other specialty stores only three minutes away, prepare a full meal for the family to enjoy inside. Alternatively, grill some dinner on the BBQ and dine alfresco if the weather allows. Dromana has many good take-out and restaurant options – you will be spoilt for choice.

Approximately a 1 hour 10 minute drive (85 kilometres) south of Melbourne, Dromana's foreshore reserve lines the coast and consists of grassy picnic areas, shelters, walking tracks and a small designated camping area. The calm, sandy beaches provide safe swimming and boating opportunities.
Points of interest include the Dromana Drive In, the Dromana Pier and the rocky cutting at the bluff known as Anthonys Nose where a boat ramp is situated. The nearby historic 2 acre Heronswood property overlooks the bay.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
To manage expectations, we provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.
LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. Bring your own towels for the pool.
LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT
We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
AGE RESTRICTIONS:
We do require all adult guests to be over 25 years of age. 18-24 year olds welcome if travelling with a multi-generational family group.

- No noise after 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities.
- Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. Any additional time for the housekeepers to attend or inspect the property outside of their usual cleaning will result in additional administrative fees.
- If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP as additional charges may apply.
- Pets are allowed on the property upon application. Additional charges may apply.
- In the event that keys are lost/ damaged/ locked inside the property any time during your stay or check-out, we may need to call a locksmith and additional expenses will be charged to your account. If the cleaner’s or property manager’s schedule is affected by this, further charges may apply.
- Check-out time is 10am. If the cleaner is not able to clean on time, a delayed entry fee may apply. If you require late check-out, please contact the host 72 hours before check-out and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time.
-We provide toiletries to get you started. Feel free to visit the nearest grocery store should you wish to restock for yourself.
- Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tend to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. This may be charged to your account as applicable.
