Summary:
This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features two living rooms, providing ample space for families or groups visiting Montgomery. Conveniently located less than two miles from downtown and just five miles from the new Montgomery White Water Park opening summer 2023, we embody Southern hospitality to ensure you have the best experience possible. Enjoy peace of mind with our professional and real-time cleaning photos. We’re pet-friendly (with a fee) and offer free WiFi. Come stay with us!
The Space:
This House is HUGE. The garage and drive way are big enough to fit 4 vehicles. As you enter through the front courtyard and through the front door you will be greeted by a grand entry way. The formal living is through the entryway, dining to your left. The downstairs bedroom has two full-size beds. The stairs lead to the 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, the first upstairs bedroom has a king size bed, the second has a queen, and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Going back down to the first floor and continuing down the hall you will pass the half bath and laundry room on your left and enter into the second living room that has a futon. To the right you will find the entrance to the back patio, garage and grilling area. Back inside, looping back into the dining room will have the galley kitchen.
NO MORE THAN FOUR CARS ALLOWED.

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Established neighborhood with mature trees our home sits in a cul-de-sac keeping thru traffic to a minimum. Less than half a mile to Walgreens, Starbucks and other dining, shopping etc very close by. Montgomery White Water Park, opening summer 2023, only 5 miles away!
Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. Uber and Lyft service the area as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
This is in a wonderfully maintained neighborhood so we ask that you respect our neighbors with the noise level and ask that only 4 cars be parked at the house. Any additional cars can be parked at the Publix 2 min down the street
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

We were visiting family for Thanksgiving, but wanted our own place to stay. It was very spacious and in a good neighborhood.

The house was nice and roomy. This is the 2nd time that we have rented from Patriot homes in the past year. I do enjoy the have room for all of us, but the cleaning person leaves lots behind. I also didnt like that we booked for 15 people and the house only had 2 tvs. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. It was difficult because everyone was different ages and wanting to watch different things and play different games. When we booled this place we had no plans to go venture only to spend family time togehter. Had to spend extra money to get out of the house, because grandma had 1 tv and the littles had the other for cartoons. The neighborhood was quiet and nice so we did enjoy your home just feel this house needed a little more especially for a large family at holidays.

Great house close to base

This property listed very affordably and one understands that you will not get top rated accommodations at moderate prices. However, the property was nasty. We had to put sheets over the couch and seats to sit on them. There was a huge disgusting red/blood-like stain on one of the seats. The kitchen needed a full cleaning when we arrived. The bedrooms were adequate, though several doors were barely hanging.
The character of the home was nice, and we felt, despite its age, better maintenance could have been done. We are turned from VBROs and ABBs after this experience.

This home was not and is not clean. In fact, the home was so dirty we did not date to cook or eat in it. The stove looked as it has never been cleaned. The cabinets and kitchen door and dirt, food and liquid stuck on them. Coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot. No shower curtain on the upstairs bathroom shower. The master bathroom was left unclean. A dirty towel was left under the bathroom sink from previous guests. Used toothpaste was left in bathroom drawer. No furniture was touched or dusted. The carpet is loose on the staircase and the banister and wood on the steps had stains and not touched.
The vents and upstairs hallway shutters are fall of dirt hanging out with possible mold. The floors were never mopped and if they were it was with dirty water. We tried cleaning some areas but nearly impossible. The Clorox wipes we used turned black on every surface. I talked with Patriot Family Homes and she said she sent out a cleaner on Thursday. They put foil in the kitchen stove and put a shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom. There was still filth everywhere. We checked out on Sunday instead of Monday because we became worried with thee filth in the house. I have photos and video of the situation. The back patio video shows broken grill, umbrella and gutters laying around. A work bucket and sawdust everywhere on the seats and patio floor (from maybe a project that was complete). I requested Wednesday night to be reimbursed since we stayed in the filth, no cleaning fee since we tried to clean somewhat and the last night since we just could no longer stay there. I do have photos and videos. I have contacted the Health Department as well. Thank you.

This is a very large home with ample space for all. It is in a charming community and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

It had been a while since my family seen one another and this was a great way to stay safe during the pandemic. A home away from home, this was a true gem for my family and i.

We were racing at Montgomery Speedway, so we would get in late. Needed a house not far from track. Around food places, quite & good location. It had all of these. If available when we race there again, will try this house first.
