Arruinaron mis vacaciones :(

No tengo nada personal con la sra. Ni la conosco pero muy mal la forma de tratar los problemas que se le presentaron en su ambiente, nunca conoci a una mujer tan mentirosa, arruino nuestras vacaciones, por favor vean bien donde quedarse aveces lo barato sale muy caro :(

2 habitaciones con puerta u cada una con cama y un solo ventilador, era un horno el ambiente En el baño habian bichos tengo fotos y reclame a la señora Su wifi se cortaba en todo momento, y al final me dijo que su encargado me dio mal la clave para excusarse del mal wifi y vi k varios comentarios dicen lo mismo del wifi Una noche muy tarde de la nada se incebdio el foco de la habitacion donde dormia con mis niños, y aqui es lo peor ua que en vez de disculparse por el mal rato, desde que le dije que me iba a ir porque no me sentia comoda con la calor ni segura por sus conexiones deficientes nos hecho la culpa en todo momento que nosotros quemamos la luz del ambiente hasta de toda la casa nos dijo al final, todo el tiempor no echo la culpa, trajo un electricista que le dijo k nosotros quemamos la casa por la ducha alegando que nos bañamos con agua muy caliente y eso provoco el corte de la luz de su casa, osea no hay k bañarse en ese lugar, dice que tiene un informe del electrico que dice que nosotros quemamos la luz por bañarnos pero ni bien paso el insendio le dije k mande a si encargado a revisar que nosotros estabamos dormidos que el piso del baño estaba seco y que nadie traia el pelo mojado pero ella simplemente dice k el encargado no vio, se molesto pork al dia siguiente me fui por que nos daba miedo hasta prender la luz y ya teniamos reserva para ir a kalomai pero se enoji que no dejamos entrara añ electricista mientras nos cambiabamos era ovio que no podoa entrar y se enojo por no esperar el resultado del electrisista que tarde casi medio dia, ella queria arruinar nuestras vacaciones ppr el malestar de sus intalaciones electricas y mis niños estaban urgudos de ir al parque kalomai ppr eso nos fuimos pero volvimos en la noche a arreglar y dejar sus llaves Tengo pruebas, charlas y videos de todo el horror y mal rato que nos hizo pasar la sra que dice que vive en EEUU y que su encargado ve en santa cruz pero el señor muy pacidico no arregla nada nibdice nada,...

totally unacceptable

hot shower was the best thing in a bad place

The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to scrub the walls and floor to be acceptable, The coup de grac was when they knocked on the door and asked for the closet where we had our closet on shelves. The people who had pawned the dress were back to pick it up. All they gave us for our clothes was a steel rack without hangers. What a total farce!

Really good and owners are really sweet.

The place is good. We had a room, toilet and kitchen. The owners Ju and Pepe were extremely helpful and sweet. We had a problem with our bus and they let us stay there again. Thank you so much.

The shower head has to be changed.

Senora Ruth is a very kind lady. Had the basics for a kitchen- fridge, stove, etc.

Bathroom is really small.
