Summary:
This well-equipped two-bedroom, two-bathroom upstairs apartment is within walking distance to restaurants and the Mardi Gras parade route. Mindfully furnished to provide a reliable, convenient stay. Five minutes from downtown Mobile, with Dauphin Island just a 45-minute drive to the south. The Space:
This apartment is part of a converted home that has been turned into a quad-plex. The porch and outdoor seating area is shared with other guests. This is one of the second floor apartments in a converted historic home with four apartments total. Some guests have mentioned the stairs might be a little steep. Guests will enter the building through the front door after parking behind the building. Once inside the front door, there are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and a twin, and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a queen sofa bed and couch in the living room. There are two full bathrooms with showers. This is a pet-friendly home, there is a $50 pet fee per pet, and additional costs if there is extra cleanup in the yard or home from your pet.

Guest Access:
Guests can check in anytime after 4, unless prior arrangements have been made with the host and a 50$ check-in fee has been paid. Guests will park behind the home, and walk to the front where they will gain access to the building with a key from the lockbox. After entering the building, guests will go upstairs to the door with #3, and enter a code into the digital keypad. Some guests have mentioned that the steps can be a little steep.

Getting Around:
There is free parking at the apartment building, so guests may drive and park their personal vehicles. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
This is a second floor apartment in a renovated historic home.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
This home does have wi-fi available but does not have an ethernet connection.

We try to give our guests their privacy with contact-free check in. Just know that we are always just a phone call away if you ever need anything!

Neat old house that could use a lot of TLC, but a good value.

*Decently spacious. Comfortable.
*Good location for Mardi gras in terms of relatively easy access to downtown/parades.
*However, Ann Street is a busy cross town traffic street. Passing cars (booming car stereos) can be loud.
*Apartment is upstairs in a older house in a historic neighborhood, so it's a little quirky. Slanted floors, tight bathrooms, etc. That's part of the charm in a place like Mobile, but to each his/her own.
*All appliances worked as promised. Washer/Dryer great for families. No dishwasher, though.

This place was clean, cute and comfortable. It was in downtown Mobile and close the everything. The host were polite and super responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is not fit to rent to anyone it’s full of cockroaches dirty and the furniture is old dirty and full of holes. I paid over 2 thousand dollars to stay over the weekend and could not stay one night because of the flying cockroaches and the conditions of the apartment. I am so disappointed in this company and Vrbo I’m fighting to get my money back so please think twice before reserving a place through Vrbo and Partroit Family Homes
