About this house rental

Steps away from the soft sand and warm waves. Come and relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while you watch the ocean from the front porch swing. This family friendly rental is a place where you can expect to spend quality time with your loved ones while watching the waves.

The house can sleep upto 14 guests and is great for multi family vacation. The house features beautiful living room which opens into the kitchen and is great for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator has cold water dispenser and ice machine. The house features split floor plan with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, 55” Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sink and huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom downstairs also has a king bed and 50” Smart TV with a full bathroom right next to it. As you step upstairs, you enter into a large loft area which a 65” Smart TV, gaming arcade and foosball table and plenty of board games to have a fun and memory family time. It features a sofa bed, 2 day beds and a dedicated work space. The upper bedrooms consists of a queen bed in one room and 2 bunk beds in another room and a shared full bathroom. All the bedrooms have a sound machine to muffle down any noise during the night time for a good night sleep. The home has a full laundry room with washer/dryer. Enjoy grilling or just relax in the private fenced back patio with ocean view. The house is steps away from amazing restaurants.

Other Note to the Guests :
1. IDs will be validated before check-in
2. For safety of everyone, the exterior of the house is monitored by security cameras.
2. No Smoking allowed inside the premises. Any smoking detection will result in $250 to $500 and additional fines if it impacts the next guests booking.
3. Quiet time is after 10pm. No loud music or noises after 10pm.
4. Linens and Towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
5. We provider soap, shampoo, conditioner toilet paper in each bathroom. If you need more, Walmart is a short drive away.
6. Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute for a refund. However, some weather related issues maybe covered by travel insurance (Always best to get travel insurance during Hurricane season).
7. Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, please follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations.

The house was very large with all the ammenities one needs…super comfy beds, amazing chefs kitchen, adorable front porch with a rocking bed, and high end washer and dryer. The bonus room w the arcade, fooseball table, and board games was definitely a plus for our large family! We also loved all of the modern, beachy decor. The house was really convenient to the Aquarium, Ship Island loading dock, restaurants, and grocery stores! Would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Beautiful, spacious house. Looked just like the listing. However, Shower curtain in upstairs bathroom had mold, bathroom downstairs the baseboards weren’t clean enough, shower walls in main bathroom were not clean enough, attempted to grill, but the propane tank was practically empty. Otherwise, trip was enjoyable.

My Family visit every 2 years from Panama Central America and we plan a Road trip this year was set to visit 4 states with in the Golf Of Mexico. Your house is perfect and location is superior short walk to the beach and other activities, not far from New Orleans or Mobile which were some of the cities we where visiting.

Beautiful home with all the upgrades! Kitchen stocked with all appliances, cookware, and grilling needs. Beds and pillows were high end. Safe neighborhood walking distance to beach. Host communication was amazing! Thank you for making our weekend getaway unforgettable.

Our cheer group of friends stayed here this weekend and it was soooo cute and perfect for a girls trip. Close to venue, all amenities, clean, nice, modern. Will definitely be back. Owner super responsive! Thanks!

This property was perfect for our weekend away to attend Harbor Lights. This home is beautiful! We loved staying here and plan to book this same house again next year. My son is still talking about how much he loved the game room and misses the house. Only thing is the floor turned my children’s feet black, which grossed me out so much! I had to make sure they always had socks on. Other than that this place is PERFECT!!! Beds are comfy too!

The house was absolutely amazing. Had everything we needed. We had the house full,14 ppl and plenty of room for everyone. Close to the action, but far enough away for quiet time. We found ourselves hanging out on the patio at night. Our kids, big and small got use out of all the yard games supplied. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and room for our large group. Some adults found some quiet time on the front porch swing. Oh, the neighbors were also amazing, met most of them, even traded information to keep in touch. We did have a small issue with the hot water not being hot enough. Msg the owner and he responded within minutes, problem solved. We plan to rent this home in the future!

It was a moms and daughters weekend stay for a soccer tournament we traveled to. It's the perfect spot for a large group. The house is wonderful... we had literally everything we needed. And the beach is just steps away. We loved the coffee house nearby (Boozers). Definitely recommend!

This property was excellent and met our needs for accommodating someone in a wheelchair. While it wouldn’t be considered ADA compliant, I would consider it “wheelchair chair friendly.” Furniture could be moved around, small portable ramp could be used on the one step coming in from the garage, potty chair could be used in downstairs, primary bathroom, and the shower had a bench seat. We’re already discussing a return trip in the fall. Thank you Raj for being so accommodating.

This home was lovely- wonderful for a family- plenty of space and the kids loved it! It was so nice to be able to see the beach from the front porch. Easy to walk down to a beautiful beach in 2 minutes. Wonderful location- we would definitely come back!

Very nice well-maintained house and had good communication with the host. The neighborhood was very quiet during our stay. We had a large group with lots of kids and we never felt crowded. The loft room was a favorite with the kids. The down side for us was that while the beach was within walking distance, we had to cross a busy highway to get there. We also only found two restaurants within walking distance and no other entertainment (casino excepted). We weren't able to walk to any kid-friendly entertainment. It would be helpful for the listing to reflect these things more accurately. Also, I don't know if it is always like this but the closest stretch of beach was almost entirely along a sandbar with very shallow water until many yards out. Great for kid play but teens and adults had to go very far out to swim (and saw a shark while out there). It was a great trip for us so I don't want to be entirely negative but a little clearer explanation of the area would have been helpful.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful new beach home this past week, we were all impressed. We loved the beach décor of white, blues and grays. All the children stayed upstairs in 3 bedrooms as well as the two daybeds in the game room/tv area. The adults loved the bedrooms downstairs. The kids just loved playing with the foosball and arcade plus there were large TV’s in almost every room for evening movies. Although we ate out most of the time, the kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities you would need. As you know, if you have kids, there is laundry, so we were appreciative of the large washer and dryer. The cart and four beach chairs were a nice addition for our trek to the beach. We immersed ourselves in the tranquil beauty of the Gulf coast. The beach is a short walk, and we enjoyed the peace and relaxation of an almost deserted beach. The ocean is shallow; you can literally walk quite a ways out and still be standing (which was fun for all). Don’t expect waves in this ocean but it’s great for children, plus the water was just the right temperature.

The check-in time is a little late in the day for this price point, but it is advertised as such. Aside from that, the house feels like a brand new high end build, very well appointed finishes. There was plenty of room for our party of 9 (originally 10 and it would have been fine also). There is a train track nearby, but I never heard it and a couple people in my group said it was barely audible when a train did go by. The kitchen is amazing and has most of everything you would need for dishes. I would bring anything you need for cooking though, there were some snacks but very little spices or anything. The Master Bedroom is really nice and on the first floor with another bedroom and full bath. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a family room/entertainment area that is very large also, and has a foosball table. The small outside area is nice with a fire pit and some games. I would note that the grill is actually a griddle if you are looking to cook outside. Overall, we enjoyed the house and it was better than I expected.

This 4 bedroom townhome was picture perfect for our family getaway. Extremely spacious and well appointed, we had plenty of room to spread out. There are multiple TVs throughout the home, 2 spacious living areas, 4 bedrooms, front and back porch to enjoy the weather, outdoor fireplace and grill, TVs in each bedroom, comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location was close to the Mississippi Coliseum and beach area was in walking distance. The host, Raj, was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again at this beautiful townhouse.
