Exceptionally bright and clean, and nestled in a beautifully wooded and quiet neighborhood, the cabin has everything you'll need for a relaxing getaway including a hot tub, decks off the living room and upper bedrooms, and expansive windows throughout that frame the views and bring the sunny outdoors right inside. Come home to a bubbling 8 person hot tub after a long day on the slopes or summer mountain biking trek.
Minutes from popular beaches, resorts, restaurants and shopping, this well-appointed, luxurious 2750 square foot modern log cabin is both stylish and cozy.
The backyard is situated next to fairway #3 on the historic Old Brockway Golf Course with the Club House within walking distance down the street. The four bedrooms are well appointed and are outfitted according to the season.

The 3-story house offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and is over 2750 sq feet.
Bedroom #1 King – Master (second floor)
Bedroom #2 Queen (located on the ground floor with access from the garage)
Bedroom #3 Queen (third floor)
Bedroom #4 Twin Over Full Bunk Bed (third floor)
The ground floor contains the garage, laundry and storage rooms, and bedroom #2 with
a queen bed and attached full sized bathroom.
The second floor has an entryway and spacious entry closet, open space living room,
kitchen, master bedroom (Bedroom #1 with King Bed) and Master Bathroom.
The third floor has a spacious loft with seating and gaming areas, bedrooms #3 (queen
bed) and bedroom #4 (bunk bed -twin over full) with a shared full-sized bathroom.

***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions.
If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. ****
PLEASE NOTE:
During the winter months, outdoor furniture is unavailable.
This home does NOT have AC. Though there is a unit at the side of the house, it
is not connected.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the
home without our approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire
pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting
at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
This home has a max overnight occupancy of 8 guests!
MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of
age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of
25
After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.
***All guests must electronically sign a Rental Agreement prior to being given access to
the property at check-in. Contract will be emailed within 24 hours of booking and should
be signed within 48 hours***
Parking Details:
The garage has 2 doors. We do not give the code for the garage door keypad. You have to go inside the house and open it from the inside.The right-side garage door is NOT full depth and will not fit a car. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO FIT YOUR CAR ON THE RIGHT SIDE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A COMPACT CAR :)

1-Car Garage. 3 cars can park on the driveway.
Street parking is not allowed Nov. 1st - April 30th for Snow Removal.

House had a few electrical issues that were noted previously and not addressed.

Beautiful house beautiful location. The property itself could have used some updating and cleaning. The carpet was disgusting and stained, the bathrooms need a makeover and the kitchen was missing a lot of supplies. I would not recommend staying here in the summer when it is hot. The upstairs was uncomfortable to sleep. We felt for the price it should have been taken care of a little bit more.

Great location. Close the Kings Beach. Came for a friends reunion and the house was perfect. Everyone had a great time and would highly recommend as a great get away for up to 8 people

Overall a nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees everywhere. Safeway market and cafe within wlking distance.
Close proximity (15min) to Sand Harbor and Kings beach areas. Log cabin is the most beautiful one on the street.

I stayed here with my family of 5 and this house was the perfect size for us (2 adults, 3 kids: 11-17 in age). The property is a nice 15 minute walk to the main strip of Kings Beach and about a 10 minute walk from Safeway.
The house itself was clean and we enjoyed the log cabin feel of the interior. My kids really enjoyed the loft area with the foosball table. Upon arrival, it took us a few minutes to find the fourth bedroom, which is at the garage level.
The emailed check-in and property instructions were very clear and our communications with the owner was quick and easy. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Great cabin in a great location. A very spacious cabin and very comfortable. Debbie was very helpful in the check-in/out process. Will definitely be returning!

The cabin is beautiful and the jacuzzi adds a nice touch. It's unfortunate when something doesn't work, like in our case, a dishwasher, but we were fine washing dishes by hand for a few days. I'm sure you'll get it fixed soon. We didn't feel like the kitchen was supplied like it should be. There was no griddle for cooking pancakes for example, so we used frying pans. There's even burner on the stove for a griddle, just no griddle. There's no waffle iron either. It just felt like the kitchen amenities could be improved. The fan in the bedroom with no window upstairs doesn't work, but we got by with a floor fan which worked fine. It's unfortunate this room doesn't have a window that you can open to cool the room down at night. Our daughter slipped down the stairs to the basement because her feet were wet from the jacuzzi. She's got an awful looking bruise to show for it. Those tiles can be super slippery when wet. Maybe there could be a warning sign "slippery when wet" or even better some gripping strips on the stairs to minimize the risk of slipping. Other than that, we loved the place. It was spacious and comfortable and close to shopping and the beach - a very nice location. We'd probably look around, but would consider staying there again.
