Located ON the beach! These beautiful condo villas have a covered patio and balcony for you to enjoy salt air breezes day or night. Take in the scenery in the shade or enjoy the sun and waves on the beach. The beach is your backyard with your own direct access.
Professionally decorated and includes all the necessary amenities. The main bedrooms have king beds with ensuite bathroom and smart TV. The guest rooms have and two twins, one with private bathroom access to the guest bathroom, and a smart TV. The living rooms each have a queen sleeper sofa.
The kitchens come fully stocked with everything you need for dining in. You just need the food! The dining tables are a great spot to get some work done with views of the ocean.
Take a stroll to the nearby restaurants or shops or stay in. Beach essentials are provided, so you pack your suit and sunscreen.
You won't want to leave once you get here. The Ocean Villas have everything you need for a quick stay or an extended vacation.
Book these condo villas together here for up to 12 people or individually as Ocean Villa 1 and Ocean Villa 2 if you need space for up to 6 people. Each condo has: a main bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen, and a queen sleeper sofa in Villa 2 and an air mattress in Villa 1.
This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, all can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Thanks again for viewing one of our properties!

Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:
Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.
All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.
All events must be approved.
Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.
Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit
