Our group of ten loved staying at this well appointed home. Only one couple in the group so we needed plenty of beds and this home had plenty for all. We really appreciated the luxurious and spacious bathrooms that matched up perfectly with our bedroom Jenga:) And as we were in the area to see both Colorado National Monument and Arches we were THRILLED to see CNM was only 5 minutes away! The huge livings spaces and kitchen along with a spacious deck allowed us to enjoy our time together. We highly recommend!

There were 12 of us that met from UT and CO for our annual mountain biking trip. It was the perfect place to gather and relax after our rides. Plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The ability to ride to the lunch loop trail system is tough to beat. Only downside was the bunk beds are not ideal for adults, but would be great for kids.

Everything was as described and was very nice. My comments are intended to be minor. The A/C worked too well and the zones seemed confused. The master was freezing while the other bed rooms were warm. But given it was 100 we were very happy to have A/C. The TVs were too complicated for our age group….

We are a party of 3 families who vacation together every year so it's hard to find a house that will accommodate all of us but this beautiful house fit the bill perfectly! Lots of room, beautifully decorated, quiet street and they allow pets. We stayed at end of June and temps were pretty warm but the minute we walked in the house, it was nice and cool! We cooked dinner every night at the house and encountered a few hiccups in regards to available cookware and no propane in outside grill. When we reached out to the property manager, they had several sets of pots and pans delivered that very same day! They were very responsive to any and all inquiries very quickly. Some recommendations is some extra towels, please! Other than that, we loved the house. Very centrally located to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

The home is new and beautiful. We were in town for my dads 100th birthday. Kind of a family reunion. The home was perfect, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. We all loved the kitchen so we could cook and eat together. Wonderful!! Thank you.

Great location for hiking in Colorado National Monument! A little far for winery's in Palisades (20-30 minutes). Very large new house. Nice kitchen & living room space. A few quirks that will likely be worked out. Welcome book lacked instructions on running appliances & things like lighting in the house. Our biggest problem was that the air conditioner was not working properly & went out one night. Our contact person, Aaron, was quite responsive but seems a problem was known that should have been resolved prior to our stay. Nonetheless, overall I would recommend the house. We had only 4 adults in our group, but house could comfortably accommodate larger groups & families.

Loved the location for such easy access to Lunch Loops for our group of mountain bikers. The house was clean and accommodated us all well! The kitchen was especially great for hanging out with our whole group. We’d definitely book this house again!

We came to visit our favorite winery two rivers, family and enstroms . We rented this home for our family of si., unfortunately four of our guests couldn't make it. We enjoyed the nice weather on the upper deck, had our local family we were visiting over for a visit with pizza and salad. The home is lovely, the linens and sheets are cozy and comfy. We're coming back and will bring our bikes and our family.

This was an excellent home base for our extended family while we attended our niece’s wedding. Great location right beside the Monument, close to hiking trails and GJ. Well equipped with plenty of the necessary supplies. Modern, clean, and spacious. We loved our stay. Communication with host was very easy. Highly recommend.

The house is quite large & open. Kitchen/dining/living all good social spaces. Had a few new house glitches, worst being air conditioner went out one evening & got very hot. Fixed the next day. Lighting was weird with several bulbs out. Needs more extensive “welcome book” with instructions on appliances,etc. That said, our contact person was very responsive & most were minor issues. Very close to Monument, but a 30ish minute drive to wineries.
