About this apartment rental
This brand spanking new Hyde Park home boasts interconnecting studio and one-bedroom apartments which combine to create spaces perfect for socialising as a group as well as cultivating a little privacy. While the main apartment features a large open plan kitchen cum dining and sitting room complete with lounge worthy L-shaped sofa and glass doors which open out onto a balcony, the second bedroom enjoys the use of an additional kitchenette. You’ll love treating your loved one to breakfast in bed, and sipping on your morning coffee and watching the world go by from your beautiful balcony.
Alternatively, why not start the day with a sweat session in the residents only gym before cooling off with a dip in the communal outdoor pool? At the day’s end host a cook off in the kitchen, and gather for a feast around the dining table before indulging in a long hot soak in the tub and some well-deserved Netflix and chill time on the sofa. In cases of business trumping pleasure, you’ll easily be able to work from home or if you find you’re in need of some caffeine and company, head over to the residents only coffee shop, a stone’s throw from your apartment.
What’s more, Hyde Park’s affluent status and proximity to Sandton and Rosebank via Gautrain and trendy Parkhurst 4th Avenue, means you’ll be spoilt for choice deciding how to spend your downtime. Delight in sampling one of several steak houses, or cool cocktail bars or spoiling yourself with some retail therapy at Hyde Park Corner, South Africa’s first enclosed mall renowned for its bespoke and high-end retail stores.
