Un bon plan

Madame ROSE est très accueillante, aux petits soins. Malgré que ce n'est pas compris dans le tarif de location, elle offre chaque matin un très bon café avec un morceau de gâteau. Chaque chambre est nettoyée tous les jours. Les sanitaires sont soigneusement désinfectés tous les jours. L'hygiène est irréprochable. De plus, Madame ROSE met à disposition les produits et serviettes dont on a besoin pour faire sa toilette. Elle fournit aussi les chaussons si besoin. La cuisine étant bien équipée, on peut réchauffer ses plats au micro-ondes et y manger tranquillement à toute heure. La nuit, on peut discrètement rentrer tard. Je garde un excellent souvenir de cet établissement. Je le recommande volontiers.

Super séjour dans cet endroit

L'endroit est très propre, l'hôte est très agréable et attentionnée et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour vraiment sympa, notamment une petite cuisine à disposition, une machine à laver etc... En plus l'emplacement est à deux pas de la station de métro, c'est très pratique. Je recommande vivement 👍

Good value

Rose's place is close to the metro station, supermarket, pharmacy and bakeries. She's a very kind and helpful host. Even without speaking English she gave me all the information and advice for a good stay in Paris.

It can be a bit noisy because the window is not soundproof.

La localisation est bien. Les personnels sont gentils.

La propreté des toilettes n'est pas bonne. L'isolation phonique n'est pas bonne, le bruit des voitures est très gênant.

La propreté et la localisation sont magnifique

L'hôtesse ne reste pas sur place tout le temps donc j'ai attendu 2 heures pour avoir accès à l'établissement donc il vous faudra un téléphone si vous venez directement d'un vol, les lits font trop trop de bruits ce qui gêne la nuit

Ultimately, I enjoyed my stay there.

I like the behavior of the owner (Rose). The location is amazing, and it's near the metro station. Initially, I booked four people room by mistake which was a bit uncomfortable, but she shifted me to two seater room upon request and charges some extra money which was worth for the room. She gave me student discount also.

The four-seater room is a bit uncomfortable as I was allotted the lower bed and the entire bed moved as the person on the top bed changed the sleeping posture.

Nice ,Friendly & Clean

First of all, As I'm a Muslim guy, I liked that the house is near to a mosque (5 minutes walk) Mis Rose is really nice and friendly ( she daily gives me a free coffee) The location is too close to a metro station, walking just 2 minutes or less The free towels Speed and stable WIFI

the location is a little bit far from the main attractions in the center of Paris , but you can still get to it by metro but will take some more time the noise coming from the window as the location is on a main street and its not airconditioned so we have to keep the windows always open

I could check-in earlier was good.

This place is overrated, beda are not good, no electricy to charge phone, everything was made with extra cables and my electricity cabel was not working during last day. Shower is 0,0 Shower is bad, too small, there is not even enaouph space to take out your clothing ........ There is no lu kucker,.all 8 people mist gather all clothing in 1 place. This is not a good hostel. The room with beds are so small, extrimly small room.for beds.

A good bed in a clean house close to the metro

It was a good room for the value. It was close to the metro, which was mostly what I was looking for. It was a bed to sleep in at night. A good price and close to the airport transportation.

It didn't have many amenities, but that wasn't what I was looking for. I just needed a bed for the weekend. I was exploring Paris during the day.
