The food was great, the chef was on point…the staff was tentative and available at all times…they was EXCELLENT
The facility was great just a few things, they need washcloths in the bathroom and a pool for some downtime entertainment

Very elegant
Some of the staff had no interest at all in helping us extend our stay In the hotel, and customer service was very poor in general.

La beauté du domaine et l’amabilité du personnel.
La localisation de l’hôtel est un peu éloigné de tout

Close location to the beach even though it was over 1 mile walk. The staff were amazing!
Knowing there was a potential easy path to a beach that was overgrown and not maintained.

The property is located on a hill with lots of beautiful greenery and a wonderful breeze. You will have a great view of the city! The continental breakfast is quite limited but includes freshly made fruit juice. The restaurant serves good drinks and food. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful.
We felt safe on the property.
I wish the restaurant served local food.

It was a lovely historical property which has been tastefully restored whilst adding modern amenities.
The breakfasts and dinners were excellent, but the biggest asset is the staff who are wonderfully friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and would recommend to anyone who wants away from the corporate hotel, all inclusive kind of stay.
A special mention to Navin the hotel manager who arranged for our hire car at an excellent rate, and also proactively arranged for us to have an anniversary dinner at Pineapple Beach Club where we were married 30 years ago. When we contacted PBC ourselves they told us that it was not possible to come for dinner at the AI Resort. It was a very kind gesture by Navin as we only told him about our disappointment, and he took it upon himself to contact the hotel and arrange for us.
I have no negative comments to make about the hotel, and the only thing I would add is that you need a car if you are staying for any length of time. You can walk to Dickenson Bay, but it is a very steep hill to climb on the way back and it would probably not be desirable to walk in the dark - due to there being no footpaths or lighting on route.

Natural juices should be served for breakfast and not diluted mixes
A local dish should be added to the menu at least once a week. This would offer tourists a taste of island foods.
To reduce fear, it would be useful to give guest on the ground level prior warning that security staff will be turning their door handle late evening.

I loved the hotel room, just what we needed after a long flight. Very comfortable and stylish
The staff were lovely but not really on the ball. They didn't take my main course order at dinner so I had to eat after my husband once I had asked where my meal was and at breakfast the following day, despite being there as it opened and informing the staff we had to leave for a flight, still no breakfast had appeared 40 minutes later

Our brief stay at Weatherills was incredible.
Flight issues left us with an extra day in Antigua and the moment we arrived to Weatherills the stress of travel disappeared.
The property is beautifully restored with great attention to detail. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the ac was powerful and the bathroom had all the amenities we could need.
The restaurant is *amazing* with gorgeous views on the wrap around porch. Our food was excellent, the shrimp scampi in particular.
In the morning, we enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast and then explored the restored sugar mill that sits right on the property and has great views of the surrounding area.
If you are looking for a boutique experience with a historic feel and modern amenities, then this is the spot!
To the staff, thank you all so very much for making our extra night so special and relaxing. You were all incredibly kind and we loved getting to talk with you and learn more about the property.

Very quiet, great rooms, well kept facility, great restaurant and staff.
Not really a complaint, but a pool or hot spa would be a nice amenity to compliment the hotel.

I like that the rooms were exactly as pictured. I also enjoyed that the staff was pleasant. The grounds were also calming. The food was AMAZING, but pricey.
I didn't like the how basic the check in area was. I also did not like that you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the rooms. Also, outside of the bar/restaurant there's nowhere at the hotel for you to hang out outside of your room.

The property was clean and peaceful
the countryside feel while still being close to the city

The structure is amazing, with a lot of outdoor space and garden, very nice decorated and so comfortable. Everything you need after a day of exploring the island.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was including many option and good food.
The restaurant also is very nice and offers delicious place.
The location is good for exploring the island and I do suggest to hire a car. Plenty of space to park inside the structure
Just a suggestion to provide some complementary water at the breakfast
