Very cheap road hotel, minimum service.
Don’t expect more than what you are paying, even so with a private bathroom.

Unless you are driving or have a bus msp ahead of time it is way out of the way. More a trucker stay. Staff at check in I felt didn't care, non smoking room but the cigarette burns on the sink indicated different and bed spread did smell. The Premier Class in Bayeux was the reason I picked this but they are like night and day. My advice avoid.

All visitors need know the following. There is an automaton for reception. It works good and check-in by it is possible at any time. You need any payment card and the surname used for booking. The automaton gives a key-card for opening the door of your room and determines your room. The human reception is available only morning and from 5 to 9 p.m. The reception automaton is situated at the indoor on the left. The inscription and instruction on it are clear.

The hotel itself is perfect value, you get what you pay for, an OK bad, a small but functional bathroom, a reasonably priced breakfast and you will wake up really close to the city. Its all perfect, however, the one thing that we could not tolerate is that people were smoking heavily in our room before... It is clearly stated that smoking is not allowed, but it is not enforced (no smoke detectors, no fines)....it made it a really bad experice as both, my partner and I are non-smokers who really-really hate the cigarette smell...it was hard to fall asleep like this. Otherwise all good.

We stayed in three different premier classe hotels during our break and the room in this one was the best of the three by far. The staff were not as friendly as the first one we stayed in at St Jean de Vedas, who were exceptionally friendly throughout. We thought the breakfast very good value in all we stayed at.
The general cleanliness is good, however seeing dirty marks on the walls and ceiling is a bit off putting and the pillows were terrible in all the hotels. Fortunately, we had bought our own, otherwise we would have had an uncomfortable night.
Generally, you get what you pay for which is budget, clean, good value hotels.
You will need a car as it is nowhere near anything else.

really bad experience. Better is to sleep in your car.

The hotel was in what seemed like the middle of nowhere. Surrounded by other budget hotels, which wouldn't be an issue had I had transport. But if you intend on staying here and using the tram (apparently not far) then I'd think twice. I wouldn't have felt safe walking back from tram through the neighborhood at night. The hotel itself was run down and grubby. The curtains came off the window when I tried to open it. The bed was comfortable and as I said on a tight budget with transport it would suit well for a night or two. Otherwise I shan't be using this hotel again. The differences between this one and the Premier Classe stayed at in Avignon (parc d'exposision) were unbelievable.

we thought it was very good comfortable and tidy and good location we would stay there again.

If you have a car and you need a place to stay over a night then it's a place for you. For this prize you cannot ask for more. The staff was helpfull and polite. This hotel is Only for sleeping, the room and bathroom are very small and basic and it's just off the highway therefore you really need a car to get there. Overall it was worth for this money.

Tiny rooms in the middle of an industrial wasteland. Aside from other budget hotels, there is nothing within sight (or a 10 minute drive). The bathroom would suit only a low-ranking naval officer at sea. Good luck turning around with your elbows up, or, thus, washing your hair for that matter. Smell of sewage permeated from bathroom any time the door was opened, which was not ideal for sleeping/eating/breathing, etc. At best, a cheap spot to stay if you're looking to pull off the highway to rest. Not worthy of a stay otherwise.

Not the easiest hotel to find, but after that everything was great. Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff (who were able to communicate the necessary in English!).
3.3
Dont do it. Pay extra and get decent service. Very rude staff, terrible bathroom. Comfortable bed though.

The hotel is supposed to be for a low budget stay, however the distance from the city centre makes it more expensive due to the lack of public transport near the hotel. It takes dangerous 40 minutes waking by a highway or €13 each safe travel by taxi. Result, if you want to save money but still want to visit Montpellier, don't stay in this Hotel.

On check in the clerk had trouble understanding English (I know I went to France but at a hotel that caters to International guests I expect to be understood) and lateron when we asked to borrow cutlery and a plate (which were available from their breakfast area) I was told 'we're not a restaurant, you can't have it' - they don't however provide dining facilities! The worst was that the room smelled of toilet and the walls had strange stains all over them. The windows didn't close properly, it located in an industrial estate etc etc etc. If you can, avoid it.

Very convenient position
