Nestled just south of the renowned Daytona Beach, this 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers a tropical oasis directly across from the expansive, traffic-free section of the beach.
After basking in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean, it's just a short 2-minute walk back to your private haven. Unwind on the elevated sun deck for Sunset Happy Hour, or take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool right at home.
The house features an open living area with high ceilings, tiled flooring on the first floor, and beautiful hardwood stairs and flooring in the second-floor bedrooms. The newly remodeled kitchen comes fully equipped for all your culinary adventures.
On the first floor, you'll find a Master Suite with a King bed, along with a guest bedroom featuring twin beds that connect to a bathroom leading to the pool. The second story offers a separate living area, another Master Suite with a King bed, and two guest bedrooms with Queen beds, accompanied by two bathrooms. Convenience is key, with two separate laundry rooms, one on each floor.
Additional amenities include five flat-screen televisions, a wrap-around balcony, a spacious outdoor patio, a privacy fence, a BBQ grill, and ample parking. If you're in the mood for dining out, explore the many waterfront restaurants in the area, some with indoor and outdoor seating and seasonal live music.
You're also conveniently close to the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and park, the Marine Science Center, fishing fleets, and more.
The pool can be heated with 48-hour notice for an additional $250 per week, ensuring you have the perfect temperature for relaxation.
Notably, you're just an hour's drive from Disney World, Universal, Seaworld, Historic St. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral, making this coastal retreat an ideal hub for exploring all that Florida has to offer. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
