5 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house with South backing yard for maximum winter sun and nice summer shade. Large living room and kitchen/dining area. The Primary Bedroom has dual sinks, large tile shower in the Ensuite Bathroom. Resort-like private backyard with huge pool (heat available at added cost ) attached spa, covered patio, outdoor kitchen with Bar, Barbeque, and fridge, gas fire pit and numerous seating/lounging areas. This home is a desert paradise in Coldwater Springs, a serene golf course community! It is conveniently located just a few minutes from Goodyear Ball Park for MLB Spring Training, freeways, shopping, dining, entertainment, numerous golf courses, NASCAR racing. Only 25 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes from Desert Diamond Casino & the Westgate Entertainment District... home of NFL Football, Tangiers Outlet Mall, etc. Endless opportunities for fun await!

We had booked a house at a competitor that canceled us a month out from the tournament and was lucky to find this gem of a 5br house. All of the bedrooms are decent which was a must. The 2.5 bathrooms were great with 8 people. Kitchen and grill made it nice to feed all of us without issue. The heated pool and hot tub were outstanding one the cold nights once we figured out the heating process. It was about 50-60 minutes to the golf venue which was fine. Very close to many stores and places to eat. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We are in Avondale each November for Nascar race weekend and we love the Coldwater Springs neighborhood. This home is very comfortable and the rooms are all spacious. The pool was great, lots of seating outdoors. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Fast communication from the host and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
