The living areas in the farmhouse/granary consist of a kitchen with electric AGA, double oven, fridge, woodburning stove, a utility, a dining room with dining seating, two sitting rooms with woodburning stove, a snug, a second-floor super-king-size, two super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower rooms, two super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a second-floor twin with en-suite shower room, along with two bathrooms, one on the second floor, and a cloakroom. In the Bull House, you will find two super-king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower room, a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. The Brew House offers a super-king-size bedroom with zip/link and en-suite shower room, and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining, and sitting room. Outside, you will find extensive grounds with patio, furniture,games room, 26° swimming pool, hot tub. Within 6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.8 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to Wales with a stay at Pentwyn Farm. Please note: If you wish for the beds to be reconfigured (i.e zip/link beds turned into twins) please provide a minimum of 14 days notice to the owner.
