About this apartment rental
We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Vannes, at the entry of the Golf of Morbihan, this charming flat of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a private terrace of about 30 m² and a shared garden. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A private terrace of 30 m², facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A shared garden with 4 residents of about 800 m² accessible from the terrace.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Come and discover and visit the city of Vannes which has kept all its charm of yesteryear by preserving its ramparts and its surroundings.
- Tourist sites: Carnac (the alignments, a high place of prehistory), the peninsula of Quiberon and its wild coast, Baden, the Armor Baden, Auray, the port of Saint-Goustan, go by boat to the island of Arz and the island of monks from Vannes and Port Blanc...
- Sporting activities: various water sports, hiking along the GR 34...
- Cultural visits: guided tour of Vannes, look out for the hermines and the eyes drawn on the ground which will indicate the emblematic places. The castle of Suscinio and its evening shows in summer
- Events: historical celebrations, jazz festival, international festival of sea photography...

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Vannes train station is about 20 minutes walk away.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located at about 1H15 by car.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Staircase on the street 3 high steps to access the corridor of the building and the flat.

Richemont Very clean and welcoming flat. Tastefully decorated Reliable pictures and description. Quiet at night. Excellent communication from host. Convenient walking location to Vannes City Center and harbour. Not easy to park if you have a car. Excellent small food shop and cafe/bar all within 100 meters.
