About this house rental
LAKE CASCADE, WEST MOUNTAIN and GOLF COURSE VIEWS! This Cascade cabin backs up to public land and is situated on a large 1.55 acre lot. This cabin has four bedrooms and two baths, with a large deck that overlooks Cascade Lake and Cascade Golf Course. This kitchen was built for a chef - plus a breakfast nook with amazing views. 3 bedrooms on the main level with 2 having access to the deck.

Private home overlooking Lake Cascade. Be aware that the while the driveway is only 25 yards long and straight, it is located on a steep slope. Chains or four wheel drive with snow tires are required during winter conditions. Alternatively, there is a level space large enough for a truck and trailer (or two vehicles) that is next to a paved city street.

Beautiful custom home on 1.55 acres, located on a paved city road and built in 2011. 2333 SF finished, 4 bedroom, 2 bath. Enjoy the amazing views from the covered deck and every room in the house. The kitchen was built for a chef - plus a breakfast nook with amazing views. 3 bedrooms on the main level. Master bedroom is on the main level with access to the deck, dual vanities, walk in tiled shower, and custom closet. Laundry room has a mudroom sink and plenty of cupboard storage. Vaulted ceilings, thick solid wood doors... lovely cabin in an excellent recreation area just a block from the lake and golf course.
Valley County offers free public transportation, but a car is recommended.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

Nice place but it was difficult getting out of the gravel driveway very steep.

This house is even more beautiful than the pictures show! The house had plenty of space and a beautiful view!
The fully stocked kitchen was the highlight for us! It was so nice to have everything we needed plus more!
The master suite was amazing! We hope to go back soon!

Always great to have our family together in one house.
Another bedroom would have been nicer than a lot of beds i one room but we are learning how our family fits together. Kitchen was great, lots of amenities. BBQ may need upgrading, one side did not work. This house worked and we spent two days at the beach and the day at 4th of July festivities, so it all was fun for our family!

This home is such a great place to stay in so many ways.
It only got a 3-star review from me because it was listed wrong with the heading saying it was a 4 bedroom 3 bath home. I believe they have fixed it now to reflect that it only has 2 bathrooms but one of the reasons I booked it was because it was titled with 3 bathrooms.
After I booked it (which I guess I should have done before)I realized that I only saw pictures of two bathrooms and that further down in the description it said "2 baths". I assumed it was an error in the description, not the title, until I called them to verify and they then had to look into it. It did indeed only have 2 bathrooms.
Having learned this I was very frustrated as we were traveling with friends and I was counting on that 3rd bath.
The house is wonderful, and the kitchen is excellent to work in. Overall, we had a great stay!
Please do note, though, that the driveway is very very steep! Since we stayed in the winter we had to park up near the street and walk down to the house as there was lots of snow and ice. They did have someone come and plow it, but with the steepness, it was not worth it to park down by the house as we tried it once with our all-wheel drive vehicle and almost got stuck.

Beautiful view. Great kitchen to prepare meals. Only issue that was somewhat bothersome was all the cleaning you are asked to do before leaving and you pay a cleaning fee.
There is also a tip envelope for the cleaners that finish the job you had to start before leaving. That being said, I did leave a tip as it is the holidays even though upon arrival there was popcorn on the deck from previous guests.

We would like to say thanks for providing this great property for our stay in Cascade. After staying here for a week, several from our party didn’t want to leave. It is such a great house that all the pictures don’t do it justice. Thanks to the Frost Management team for providing this property. Our trip will be remembered for a long time.

Comfortable home looking out to cascade lake. We found a Sandy spot close by within walking distance to play at.

What more can I say? Though there were only two of us, the place can accommodate quite a crowd if needed.
It's a chef's kitchen for sure.
Slept well in the comfy bed.
Loved the expansive veranda, with access from the living area as well as two bedrooms. The view was spectacular. We sat out there as often as possible, watching the sun go down then the stars come out each night. Quiet. We can't wait to return.
