We sometimes need to access this space thru another entrance to get tools and things out. There is a private/reserved parking area adjacent to the guest house with ample room for up to 3 vehicles with back up/turn around space. We have lived in Edgewood for 20 years, if you have any questions about the area we will do our best to provide answers accommodate your needs. This property was beautiful. We were able to see Mt. Rainer one of the days through the huge windows. The view is wonderful. It was very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. I appreciated the little extra here and there. Made it feel more homey. I would stay here again for sure and I would definitely recommend to others.

Great property! We stayed here 3 nights while visiting family. The apartment was even better than the pictures, very clean and had everything we needed. The location around this was very nice also. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing, a beautiful and comfortable home with breathtaking views. It is clean and spacious, with plenty of room for 3 adults. Holly & Robert thought of everything someone would need while at a VRBO! From the kitchen to the bathroom to entertainment, they have it covered. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to renting it again when we return to Washington next year

I can’t say anything other than perfect! The location is amazing for exploring the Puget Sound area without being gridlocked in Seattle. We went to the water park, Bainbridge Island, and the typical Seattle sights, all within a reasonable drive.
The house itself is exceptional. Beautifully furnished with comfort in mind. Everything was clean, well maintained, and easy to find. There’s nothing we needed that wasn’t at hand. There was even a cooler we borrowed for our day trip across the ferry! Communication and check in with the host was a breeze. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet.
If you want a serious plate of breakfast to start your day, we had the best food at The Buttered Biscuit. Highly recommend!!!

Overall was a nice little place to stay. Came into the area for a Jiu Jitsu tournament. 10 mins from location. Fully stocked with everything you could imagine minus garlic powder haha. Loved the deep bath tub. Very cozy clean modern. Safe neighborhood. Only issue was Vrbo added that there was a hot tub when in fact there was no hot tub ever. Next time I’ll make sure to double check amenities.

My husband and I stayed here with our young children, and we could not have imagined a better experience. We had everything we could have needed and more, including a fully stocked kitchen where we cooked several meals. They even have a Pack N Play, board games, and coloring books! Everything was so clean and beautifully designed. We will definitely be back.

A week in Seattle near daughter's house and an hour away from Hospital appointments. There really is a view of Mt Rainier (weather dependent). Two bedrooms, fairly well stocked kitchen

This apartment was perfect for my parents, husband, and myself to all stay in very comfortably while we were in the state for 5 days. They’ve truly thought of everything you might need while you’re there and have it supplied in the VRBO- like you step into an incredibly well maintained and stocked apartment! Their yard/garden is gorgeous to look at from the rental, as well as a great view of Mt Rainer if it’s clear. The work desk and internet were plenty sufficient for me to work while we were there. I work on application support for a hospital so I run quite a few programs and meetings all at once but the internet had zero issues keeping up.
Should I need to come to Washington again, I would certainly hope this VRBO is available because it was so lovely to stay in. The secluded driveway and marvelously maintained property felt like a little remote getaway while being conveniently close to everything.

Hosts had a great venue for us, with beautiful views into the valley. Check-in and out were easy, and they provided nearly everything we needed. I can’t really find any critique to give that would be negative; it was a great place all around

The property was immaculate and we wanted for nothing! My son and I hiked Mount Rainier Saturday and Sunday and wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel. We had an amazing weekend and would stay again!

Beautiful home, the bed and place were incredibly clean. Great neighborhood and felt very secure, left the door unlocked pretty much the entirety of the stay is how safe the place feels. No ridiculous check out list to do, just owners that felt appreciative of people being in their place.

Very comfortable bed/linens. Love the recliner in the living room, has excellent back support: feels like home. Thoughtfully supplied with everything you may need, including the soap/dryer sheets for the full size washer/dryer. Kitchen includes full size appliances: very nice.
Rented during fairly cold weather. The minisplit heater/AC struggled to warm the place up the first night so I also turned on the wall heaters in the bedrooms to help heat up the apartment. Was a bit cool for quite a few hours until the thermal mass of the previously unheated room warmed up with all 3 heaters going. After the first night, the minisplit did a good job on its own keeping the apartment around 70 degrees, but in cold weather, that's about as warm as the minisplit could manage on its own. Having the bedroom wall heaters was a huge plus in cold weather.

My second stay at this apartment. Spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed, comfortable living room furniture. Thoughtfully laid out including a nice little desk to run my laptop computer. All full size appliances you could want are included.
Beautiful white countertops, light colors throughout, and lots of windows with great views of the mountain.
Quite a few steps to get to the apartment since it is above a garage, so not an apartment for folks that have trouble with steps.
The bed frames are cabinets with drawers (rather than a simple bed frame) so I managed to stub my toes on the bed frames in the middle of the night multiple times. The handles of the drawers also stick out so they 'bit' my shins quite a few times until I learned to be careful walking anywhere near the beds. Once I learned to be very aware of the bed frames, everything about the apartment was as good as it gets.
Owners are very responsive and friendly.
