Pas propre à notre arrivé on a du demander à re nettoyer le sol car complètement sale et collant. 1 seul papier toilette pour 4, trois cuillères pour 4, trois fourchettes et couteaux pour 4. Seulement deux chaises à manger alors que c’est pour 4. Le canapé lit il n’y a qu’un drap mais pas de couverture. Pas de serviettes de bain on a du redemander deux fois ainsi que le papier toilettes. Trop petit pour 4. Et la plaque à induction était allumer à notre arrivée (ça peux arriver) mais ça fait beaucoup accumuler. On a du leur envoyer plusieurs message, on restait que 48h donc très embêtant de demander plusieurs fois quelque chose manquant.

Cool design, great location and lovely staff.

Great location, only a few blocks away from great restaurants. We can recommend Niya vegetarian restaurant and Bondi coffee shop.

Los anfitriones fueron excepcionales, nos ayudaron en todo y nos hicieron la estancia insuperable. La habitación superó con creces nuestras expectativas. Si volvemos a Casablanca, repetiremos hotel sin lugar a dudas.

Mostly very pleasant except for unstable wifi and lack of cooking/kitchen utensils.

Modern design. Comfortable beds. Regular housekeeping. Good air conditioning and heating.

1. The wifi in our room (103) was unstable. Strong stable wifi is essential to modern travellers. 2. There were no cooking utensils. We had to go out and buy items, e g. a kitchen knife, cooking spoons, a cloth for drying dishes, a set of table spoons, corkscrew, can opener. What was most frustrating was that the staff person we talked to said he could not provide such utensils and asked us to 'understand' even though an equipped kitchen was supposed to be included in what we paid for. Many/most travellers take apartments because - among other things - they want to cook some of their meals; cooking utensils are essential.

No hay donde colocar las toallas. No hay perchas. No hay productos de limpieza en la cocina. 5 días para cambiar las toallas es mucho. No estaba muy limpio. Solo un rollo de papel higiénico

Le manque de compassion et de compréhension pour une nuit seulement Nous laisse dehors après une journée d’avion Et de transfert a 22 heures un samedi soir.

Modern accommodation in a beautiful representative district od Casa

This place really exceeded my expectations. I took advantage of the Genius discount, so they even offered me a really good price. Some may find the accommodation expensive for Moroccan standards, but it is a huge fully equipped modern apartment in a new building meeting absolutely all European standards, in a safe and trendy area of Casablanca. The staff was helpful and friendly, but almost everything except check-in is automated (code entries). There is also a large TV with Netflix. But forget Netflix, go explore Casablanca! Don't listen to advice from guidebooks, this city is super cool!

I don't have anything to complain about.

Bel appartement bien situé

Bel appartement tranquille avec un super service pour les clients. Fraîchement rénové et actuel dans un quartier calme à 30 minutes à pied de la vieille medina

On a eu la visite de quelques cafards et le plancher avait grandement besoin d'être bien lavé....

Nice stay

A very cozy and clean studio, the location is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Underground parking is a huge benefit.

There was only 1 set of towels, no hairdryer (probably you should ask at the desk), no toilet paper, only 1 capsule of coffee, 1 small bottle of water even though you book for two people. There is a washing machine which is great, but you should get you own washing powder. Also no sponge and no dishwashing detergent in the kitchen.

A convenient place in the heart of Casa

Very convenient location and easy to find. Host was helpful.

They didn't have sheets available for the sofa bed so kids had to sleep on blankets. Also, the water pressure was very poor.

Fully Equipped Apartment in Downtown Casablanca

Great location in quiet area while not too far away from attractions in Casablanca. Very well-equipped kitchen and even a washer for clothing. Quite spacious apartment and easy check in process.

The sliding doors around the bed area are a bit strange from a design perspective, and do make it so that you're having to navigate the space somewhat unnaturally. Only a minor issue, however.

A lovely place in the best district of Casablanca

I liked everything about the property. It is fairly new, it is so wonderfully and modernly designed. The hotel staff is wonderful and helpful in an excellent comprehensive English.

Great value for money- would stay again!

Very spacious and clean, central location, quiet neighborhood.

Although there are so many restaurants and cafes around, having breakfast arrangements would be useful, especially when traveling for work or business.

Erg goed!

Het appartement is echt heel erg mooi en luxe. Vooral ook in vergelijking met andere appartement in Marokko waar we zijn verbleven. Airco in de kamer is een climate control en die werkt uitstekend.

De communicatie met de host. Ze zijn heel vriendelijk, dus daar ligt het absoluut niet aan. Maar voor de inchecken hebben we via zowel mail als via het Booking.com systeem continu dubbele informatie gekregen. Hierdoor ging ook het afspreken van onze inchecktijd fout. Het wordt allemaal goed bedoeld, maar dit is wel een aandachtspunt om dit proces te verbeteren.
