location cleanliness

Situado en pleno centro de la ciudad. Fácil de realizar el check in. Esta muy limpio y las instalaciones son nuevas. La cama muy cómoda. Tiene mininevera y cafetera de cápsulas. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes y después del check ya que nuestro vuelo salía muy tarde.

Para pasar 1 o 2 días, está bien.

La ubicación era increíble. Era fácil entrar al hotel, la cama era cómoda y estaba equipado con lo esencial para la estancia.

El baño. Al no estar separado de la habitación, cuando te duchabas se salía todo el agua hacia fuera, encharcando el resto del baño, y pasando a la moqueta. Ésta, estaba sucia de la humedad. Daba bastante asco. Además tiene 0 intimidad. Si viajas solo, es estupendo. Si vas con más personas ya es más complicado.

Good choice for Alicante

-Really near to the main attraction of the city -The welcoming area and the room 11 were nice to see insted,even if smaller than I thought -Very good value-price relationship -We had some big issues with AC but the host were kind and helpful -Luggages storage

- AC system blocked 2 times ( bad luck perhaps),but in July and 37 C• during the night is it terrible -Sight of a worksite from our window

L’hôtel est très bien situé tant pour l’accès de/à l’aéroport, 20-30 minutes par le bus C-6 direct jusqu’à Plaza de Luceros qui est à 10 min à pieds de l’hôtel. La chambre (num.33) confortable, au dernier étage avec vue sur une cour intérieure et un mur végétal et accès à des petites terrasses. La literie est confortable, la climatisation est un plus pour des journées chaudes. Les produits d’accueil de la marque Rituals sont appréciables de même que le set à café Nespresso et une petite bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée sont appréciables. Pour finir la localisation à 4 minutes à pieds de la marina et 10-15 minutes des attractions principales de la ville est un gros avantage.

L’impression étrange du concept d’une réception toujours vide du fait du concept. Le ménage pas fait sur la moitié du séjour. Enfin, l’aménagement de la chambre 33 avec un petit salon donnant directement sur la salle de bain ouverte.

El hotel es bastante moderno. Lo que más me gustó fue que todo es automático, recibes un mensaje con código de entrada al hotel y tienes tarjetas de seguridad para la entrada de tu habitación

El baño sin ventilación. Guarda un olor muy fuerte aún sin que se haya usado

Fijn hotel te midden van de plekken waar je geweest moet zijn!

Locatie midden in het centrum, kortbij parkeergarage, op loopafstand van boulevard en andere bezienswaardigheden. Kamer compleet met leuke details en balkon met zitgelegenheid! Fijne plek!

Wat luidruchtige mede hotel klanten, maar daar kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt, wenn man für eine oder zwei Nächte in Alicante bleibt

Das Hotel war für einen Kurztrip perfekt: tolle Lage, nettes Personal, wir konnten unser Gepäck schon in der Früh abgeben und die Kommunkation war auch top.

Im Flur hat es ein bisschen unangenehm gerochen

Overall very happy with the stay

The building was in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything you need. Very nice and clean interiors and the room was very nice and modern with a comfortable bed.

The only criticism I have is that the bathroom/shower was totally exposed by glass panels. There was no way to have any privacy when using the toilet or taking a shower.

Fijn, comfortabel verblijf

Perfecte ligging voor een citytrip in Alicante. Rustig gelegen, maar wel dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Ruime kamer met balkon van alle gemakken voorzien, krachtige föhn, handzeep, douche gel en shampoo van rituals, kledingkast met hangers, kluisje, ruim koelkastje en mogelijkheid tot gratis koffie. Heel comfortabel bed met 2 soorten kussens. Handdoeken worden gewisseld op verzoek. Hiervoor dien je wel het kaartje prepare room aan de deur hangen (anders komen ze die dag ook niet langs).

Soms een beetje afvoerlucht uit de douche / toilet ruimte.

Bene, con qualche pecca.

Struttura in centro, vicina al mare e comoda alle principali attrazioni. Si raggiunge facilmente dall'aeroporto e da altre città (noi venivamo da Benidorm). Balconcino spazioso, utile per fare un aperitivo. A disposizione avevamo caffè in cialda, bollitore, ferro da stiro, phon e mini frigo. Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani su richiesta.

Stanza carina ma non funzionale, non ci sono piani d'appoggio. Disposizione bagno/doccia tremenda, rimane odore di fogna e acqua stagnante. Cuscini scomodi. A disposizione un piccolo armadio per deposito bagagli a piano terra, non si chiudeva, quindi non sicuro.

Perfect for a short stay, good value.

Excellent location near to port and Old town, easy check in and check out, public parking close by. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. Good shower.

Not too keen on the glass-walled bathroom.

Great location

Location was fab and I loved the ease of check in. The building was lovely. My room was lovely to with small outside area

You hear everything from other rooms🙈or maybe one room in particular. I was in disabled room and there was a blockage in wet room and destroyed the room and my case with water😳I notified the staff and to be fair the response was quick. My fridge wasn't very cold at all not really sure it was working. Saying that it wouldn't put me off staying there again.

Rent, sentralt, moderne, parfymert og litt mørkt.

Fantastisk beliggenhet midt i sentrum og med umiddelbar nærhet til barer, restauranter, strandpromenade, butikker, kollektivtransport og bystrand. Rent og pent og moderne interiør. Kaffemaskin. Behagelig seng.

Noe mørkt. Vinduene førte ut mot vegg / bakgård. Denne var pent dekorert med grønne vekster, men det lot seg ikke gjøre å se himmelen eller få tilgang til dagslys. Rommene var parfymerte, med Rituals romparfyme. Denne kan oppleves som svært ubehagelig dersom man har astma eller allergi. Dersom man bor flere enn en person kan det være greit å kjenne til at veggene til toalettet er laget av gjennomsiktig glass, så privatliv i forbindelse med toalettbesøk kan nok være vanskelig.

Quiet convenient accommodation

The hotel has no staff on site. However I had a text and email giving me the entry instructions on the day if arrival. You collect your keys from a key box and so you can enter the hotel easily even late at night. I got two pass cards with my room and they worked easily w the front and bedroom doors. There is a lift and a seating area on the bedroom level foyer. The room I had no 12 is quite large and at the front of the hotel on the first floor. There is a small balcony but the view is of buildings. The room is separated by a wooden wall and the toilet and shower have glass walls. The bed was comfortable and the shower and TV worked well. There is no traffic in the street below and it is very quiet and dark at night. There was a Nespresso coffee machine and 4 pods in my room and a fridge. There is a safe in the cupboard. There are cafes close by and it is less than 5 mins to the waterfront.

The entry instructions were accurate, but it did not say on which floor the room was located. However rooms 11-14 are on first floor, 21-24 etc on 2nd. There was some smells from the bathroom and I'm not sure how efficient the extractor system was, however I could open the balcony door for fresh air. It was a double room but there was only one chair; it wasn't a problem for me but might be for a couple.

Prima voor 1 nacht, maar zeer onpersoonlijk

Zeer vervelend om ongeveer 10 e-mails te krijgen over fast check-in. Dit heeft helemaal niets met snelheid te maken, maar met het simpele feit dat er nergens personeel te vinden is om überhaupt in te kunnen checken. Hier over zou Booking.com best wel duidelijker mogen zijn. Verder betwijfel ik of een binnenplaatsje van 3 vierkante meter met muren van 12 meter hoog als een garden-view omschreven zou moeten worden.
