Quick summary.
The good: Great location. Nice house. Comfy bedding.
The bad: I suspect the pictures are from when the host first turned this place into a short stay. Much has changed since.
The long version:
Literally a 5 minute walk from shops and the beach, the location doesn't get better.
The house is really nice, great heating/cooling and comfortable beds. It's an old house, converted into a short stay style home and very much feels this way.
The furniture in the games room has been rearranged and some of it moved out of the room.
The outdoor chairs had bird poo and algae on it, basically unusable without doing a proper clean of it.
The hammock in the pictures wasn't there.
The basketball hoop in the pictures has a broken backboard, so can't be used properly.
The games room had a fair amount of bottle caps strewn around when we arrived and we also found an Easter chocolate hidden there too (my stay was 5 months after Easter).
Excluding bedding, the property was likely cleaner when we left than when we arrived.
Overall it was a good stay and I enjoyed my time.there, but it's not exactly what it is in the pictures.

The property was in a great location, close to everything. Lots of space for a family group. The host was wonderful, quick to reply to any queries we had.

We spent a week at the house and were rapt with everything about it. The photos and description of the property were accurate and the location is incredible. Our extended family group ranged in age from 8 months to 72 years and there was something there for everyone. Lots of areas to break away into smaller groups and the covered outdoor area and games room are fantastic. The host responds quickly to any queries and we found the house in a very clean condition. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We were three generations of one family, 13 of us from Queensland and several parts of Victoria, ranging from 5 months to 72 years of age, plus a pooch. We found this to be a perfect location: easy access from Melbourne via freeways, short level walk to beach and shops, plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing, playing, enjoying each others' company, both inside the house and outside under cover and in the games room out the back. And comfortably fitted 4 cars and a trailer on the property as required by local regulations. Kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils and ample crockery and cutlery. Plenty of fridge space for storing Christmas food and drinks, and large family table that easily seated all 12 non-infants for family celebratory meals. Maria's communications were excellent: her standard information was comprehensive and she quickly responded to any more-detailed questions we asked. Highly recommended for a large holiday group.

Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We had a lovely stay in Dromana. Maria's communication before the booking was excellent. We were three families and very comfortable in the large house.
The location is amazing, a short walk from the beach, shops and dinner each night was only a short walk away. Arthurs Seat attractions were only a few minutes away by car. A perfect location for a stress-free weekend away.

We spent a weekend away with friends (two other families with primary aged kids). The house had everything we needed and could accommodate for everyone.
Such a rare find to be able to take us all (including the dogs) and not be under each others feet.
The location couldn’t be better, short walk to the main shops and to the beach/pier.
We will definitely be back.
Thank you
