Everything about this condo was great from information being sent before hand to the location to the cleanliness of the property. The people that worked at the property were friendly as well. My only compliment would be that the kitchen wasn’t stocked that well. There wasn’t a frying pan, cooking sheets or any Tupperware. We made due but those things would’ve been helpful. I would def stay there again!

We took my granddaughter and friend to stay over Labor Day to Celebrate her 18th Birthday. Beautiful accommodations and perfect location .

I've rented a lot of condo's in different parts of the US. This by far was the cleanest and well maintained condo I ever had the pleasure to stay at. Please do not pay attention to any bad reviews. Those Karen's are full of it!!! This is a updated modern HUGE condo with a fantastic view and wonder staff on site.. We will definitely be coming back.

We loved the condo! It’s a great location and the covered parking was a blessing. Great rooms and lots of space. My only issue was that I initially turned down early check in due to travel times, but we knew by Saturday morning we could swing an early check-in late on Sunday. But the office staff couldn’t get ahold of the right people to allow that so we didn’t do early check-in. Otherwise, all was great and we’d love to come back!

Pros: 1) Nice place with a great view! 2) Thankfully a restaurant, Molly Darcy is next door. Good food and open late. 3) Lots of carts available to move your luggage. Cons: 1) Over priced. The $1k host fee was excessive in our case. 2) Sand in the children bunk beds. Delayed bedtime while we stripped and washed linens. Rough 1st night. 3) Congested elevators. Be prepared to take the steps up 6 flights at times. 4) Kitchen needs additional items. Ie: no oven mitts and other basic necessities. 5) For the price point, I would have expected better beds and the fixtures not to be so cheap. Builder basic faucets and toilets seemed out of place for this condo at the price point. 6) Lastly but important, very congested beach. Packed in like sardines. Get out there early and stake your claim! No plans for a return visit.

We had a great stay it was around 14 of us and the view was perfect , the elevators were out of order so there was a wait for the one working elevator which was a hassle but overall we had no major issues
