Chef’s Kitchen with Dining Room: The kitchen and dining space feature a chef’s dream kitchen. The large island glistens with a red quartz counter. It features stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop. The cupboards and a pantry are stocked with the essentials. The dining room area features a round dining table that fits 6 guests.

Main Living Room: The main living room is part of the bright open concept main floor with large windows and cathedral ceilings with exposed beams. You will have a beautiful view of the scenic lake. There is also a smart TV that has FREE access to Netflix.

Sunroom Walkout to Patio: The glass sunroom features seating space and a coffee table to enjoy the waterfront view. Simply open the sliding doors to enter the partial wrap-around-patio patio space for additional seating and access to the BBQ.

Partial Wrap-Around-Patio: The partial wrap-around patio deck is easily accessible from both the sunroom and the main entry doors. It includes lots of outdoor seating for your group: patio swing chair, outdoor sofa, and outdoor dining table for 6. A propane BBQ is also situated on this patio.

Bedroom 1: Includes a Queen bed, dresser, and a closet. It features a bright big window. A small plug-in portable heater and fan are included.

Loft Bedroom 3: Includes a Queen bed. This room also features a sink, a small counter, and a mini fridge for your convenience. This room is loft-style with no doors.

Bedroom 4 with Ensuite Bathroom: This beautiful Lakeview room with a private patio includes a Queen bed, a sofa bed, a nightstand, and a ceiling fan.

The ensuite bathroom features a 6ft jetted tub skirted in slate with a scenic view of the lake. There are 2 sinks, a make-up vanity, a large shower with 2 shower heads, and a toilet seat.

A small desk and chair are provided for remote office work/learning while allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenic view. Enjoy the sliding doors that open to the outdoor space/lakefront.

Full Bathroom: This bathroom features a newly remodeled 3 piece bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet seat.

Garage/Game Room:

This game room includes a pool table and a foosball table as additional entertainment space. This space is a heated garage that can be accessible in the wintertime as well.
