About this apartment rental

This villa has it all. It’s part of an exclusive hotel resort in Punta Mita, so guests can look forward to access to all of the resort facilities. Swimming pools, kids’ clubs, tennis courts and golf courses are all at your disposal here, as well as a fitness centre, gym and spa. You’ll be welcome at the private beach clubs and their restaurants, in addition to the surf club and ocean sports club. Best of all, when you’re not making the most of the resort’s premium amenities, you’ll have your own villa and all the privacy you could wish for – you get the best of both worlds here. The villa is beautiful, styled with Mexican textiles, art and ceramics – it’s traditional yet stylish. There’s a glorious blend of indoor and outdoor living here, with windows making sure the Pacific Ocean views become part of the decor. We love lounging on the outdoor sofas and gazing out at the view, and sipping cocktails on the terrace as the sun is setting. The private heated swimming pool is just dreamy – we’d be spending most of our time floating beneath the Mexican sun. You can begin each day with a refreshing outdoor shower, and soak in the luxurious bathtubs when you want to relax. Everything you might need is to hand here, so you can focus on relaxing and making memories. This is the kind of holiday home you remember fondly for years. Home truths: *This villa is part of a hotel resort, so you’ll have access to the facilities including restaurants, pools, tennis courts, the kids’ club and the spa and gym *You’ll also have access to two golf courses and private beach clubs *We think the single beds in bedroom two are best suited to children *Parties and outside guests are not allowed here *Your host has arranged for daily housekeeping and towel changes *Your host may be able to accommodate an additional two children, as the maximum occupancy here is eight adults and four young children *Bedrooms three and four are accessed via a hacienda-style courtyard
