Great Value for money

Apartment was clean, easy check-in. Great value for money.

Could have provided more toileteries (like hand soap) and dish washing sponge. Keep in mind Newark isn't the safest place, but that's not the property owners fault.

Es el peor lugar que he rentado! Mi reservación era por 3 noches y sólo me quedé 1, porque era tanto el sucio que me enf

La propiedad es un fraude! La rentan como un apartamento y es un basement, sin salida de emergencia y super sucio, todo estaba lleno de polvo y el baño lleno de mohos, la llave de la cocina estaba rota y no tenían aire acondicionado.

Would definitely book if available on my return. Really great stay

Property was clean and smelled really nice. We were very happy with the location. Very quiet and peaceful. Host was great and accommodating.

Could do with a fold dining table. We suggested it to the host.

Didn't feel the 'love', Mama

I like that I had somewhere to stay while I was visiting family. I like the curling iron in the bathroom.

There were no mirrors in the whole unit! An air B & B is a place where you stay when you're going to an event away from your own home. It should be expected that you'll be dressing for such an event. No mirrors were a huge disappointment! Especially when you can purchase an over the door mirror for a reasonable price! The couch mats had stains on them. The iron was dirty and ruined my son's shirt! I was late for the event we were attending, because I had to go purchase another shirt! The bed, especially in the main br, was too low. The refrigerator had expired/used condiments and food inside it. The check-in time was 3 pm, and check out was 11 am, I didn't like that for an air B & B. For almost $700 for 4 nights, I expected a little more.

I like the fact that every room had a TV and the bedrooms were not that bad

I made the reservation at 5pm and didn't arrive to the location until 7pm however when I got there the host who was pretending to be someone else who cleans the place did not do a good job at all.... He was still at the location cleaning when we got there, the house was not fully cleaned, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom, hair and toothpaste in the bathroom sink, dirty forks to eat with (the fork still had ketchup in it from the previous people), besides the bed had rappers from the previous people who probably smoked, the towels were dirty and had white stuff on it but he claimed it was paint that was on the chair... After taking a bunch of pictures and showing them to him maybe 5 minutes after settling into the Airbnb I was greeted with sarcasm and denial... The TV internet was out on the living room TV and one of the bedroom TV and I was told that I don't know how to work Wi-Fi (which is one of the simplest thing to do considering the fact that I also have a smart TV that uses Wi-Fi)... I will never rent from this person again we payed for cleaning and the place wasn't even clean and FYI if you're renting your place to someone you should make sure your tires are clean and not tell people that you have dirty tiles that's why they look the way they do😒

Not pleasant and pretty dirty.

The place was not that clean… previous comments say’s yes.. but no. There was a strange smell when you enter the place. They put air wick everywhere but they are all empty. There is stains on the bed linens. Fingerprints on the ceiling with chocolat or food residue I presume! It was not a nice place to bring a kid. Not taking about the centipedes walking at night in my room. Wrote to the place owner who always says that it clean they dont understand why we say it is not.. plus he told us he will send someone to clean and change beds while we there…. no one never showed up. This is all except respectful and professional. Pretty sure that owner will never sleep in this place his self.

AWSOME would definitely stay again

everything was nice and cozy very private with own entrance

only thing I didn’t was the shower it never got hot enough for a decent shower so I was showering in lukewarm water

honestly what you see is what you got everything was actually worth our money as a whole before we went back to college.

I would say the shower does take a little longer to get hot so my best bet is to turn it on for a few minutes and you’ll be fine. this place is in a basement so if your a tall person this may be an uncomfortable suit for you.

it was the best I’ve ever seen very clean my daughter loved the led lights we didn’t want to leave it smelled amazing love the chandelier big tvs very spacious would def return would highly recommend hot shower perfect off street parking comfortable beds ❤️❤️❤️
