This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is on the 14 floor in a 17 floors building. Fully renovated, amazing design with functional floor plan. The spacious living area has a couch, a 4k smart TV, and a window AC. A balcony with a partial ocean view. A gourmet kitchen with dinning table and chairs. Each bedroom has a TV, window AC, and comfortable beds. Hallway bathroom has a tub and En suite bathroom has a gorgeous shower. The primary bedroom has 2 queen beds and a second balcony with a conversation set.

Garage opener replacement cost is $50, FOB replacement cost is $100.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo on the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in is to reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we do our best to accommodate late check-out requests but as the next guest may check in at 3pm the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional day.

My husband and I stayed eight nights with another couple. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and it was in walking distance to Waikiki. Pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness. I have a three on location due to the homeless people sleeping on the street. We all would recommend this place and the management company was very responsive.

Great location, super central to shops, restaurants, and Waikiki beach. Family friendly unit as it had a Pack and Play already set up, along with a high chair for our little one. Would recommend staying here if travelling with a family.

Great location with beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Although the condo is small it was fine for the four of us. We basically only slept there with so much to do and see on the island. There was coffee there for us which was a nice touch. The only downside is the building is old (NOT the unit though) and the homeless in area. We would definitely stay again

The unit itself is gorgeous and nicely decorated. Everything was clean, and they had all sorts of beach equipment to borrow, including chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and even snorkels. Plus parking is included, which is great. A key fob was required to get anywhere, even on the elevator. This is great for security, but difficult to manage with multiple members of our party and only two key fobs. The building itself was kind of old and not the greatest, nor was the street. But it’s so close to the beach, and it was okay for a central location. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It truly is a two minute walk to the beach, and located close to many restaurants and all that Waikiki offers. Photos are accurate, and having two bathrooms for my family of four really helped. While it is an older building with older plumbing, there is a large Brita filtered water container in the fridge. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, and we were able to cook full meals. Such a great place to stay!
