Cozy up in this beautifully renovated condo overlooking the mountains and Newfound Lake, the cleanest lake in NH!
There is so much to do nearby....a 3 min walk to the private association beach, 15 mins to skiing at Ragged Mountain, kayaking, fishing, hiking, ice fishing and snowmobile trails are all minutes away.
There is enough room to sleep 6 people comfortably. One bedroom has a Queen bed and 2nd bedroom has 4 twin beds (in bunkbed set up). One bunk bed has stairs to top bunk, 2nd has a ladder to top bunk. There is also a pull out couch in living room.
High speed internet, fully stocked kitchen including Keurig, toaster/air fry oven, 4 Beach chairs and 2 Kayaks are provided and stored at the lake for your convenience, Shampoo , Conditioner and Bodywash, towels and linens are all provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

The condo was cute and appropriately decorated for the lake. The host was communicative when I had questions, and the welcome book on site listed local sites and restaurants. Upon arrival we found that the sheets and towels had not been cleaned from the last guest- but the host had someone come out very quickly and took care of it!

We had a wonderful stay in Bristol, New Hampshire. The home was immaculate and quiet. The views were wonderful to look at. I highly recommend this location.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bristol! The home was perfect! The layout is great and there was plenty of room for.my family of 5. The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed - and the some! The closed in porch, with the lake view, was a perfect spot for enjoying my morning cup of coffee. The location is central to so many things! Locally there is Newfound lake, hiking trails, the most adorable shops, and restaurants. Of you're willing to drive a bit there is Mt. Washington, Alpine Adventure tours, Whale's Tale Waterpark, and so kuch more! This home was the perfect home base for our stay.

Wow. The place exceeded our expectations. The beach on Newfound was terrific, the location was convenient for both Bristol and Plymouth, the interior is recently updated, the kitchen was well stocked, the Internet was fast, the condo association was quiet and peaceful, the washer/dryer worked great, and the beds were new and very soft. We were up to see our kids at summer camp and this provided a great base of operations and a wonderful retreat. The weather was even perfect for the trip. I highly recommend, we'll be coming back.

We had a wonderful time. The place is great. It was perfect for our family of six. The kids loved the bunk beds. The beach is great . The kids had a blast swimming. We can’t wait to visit again next year !

Our stay here was amazing. Newfound lake is the best. The space is very cute, spacious, and well decorated. A short, steep walk down to a shared but private beach. We sat in the sun, swam in the lake, explored Bristol. Communication was great. Would stay again.

We stayed for our first time visiting Newfound Lake with our 2 small children. The unit was clean, well stocked and just as it was in the pictures. The beach was close by using a path that cuts through the woods and takes you through a tunnel so you don’t need to try to cross the main road to get to the beach (only thing I’d note is that the beach is down at the bottom Of the hill so the path is at a bit of an incline or if you choose to drive instead there are stairs. I’m 7 months pregnant with twins and still was able to do it and our kids had no issues either but would just note for planning how much you want to carry with you at a time). The beach is clean, water refreshing and had a floating dock. We also spent a few days at Wellington State Park which was only a few minutes away as well, was affordable and had plenty to do. Overall we had a great time, the unit was perfect for our needs and we’d definitely come back again in the future.

We spent a long weekend in March so we could ski at Ragged. The condo was perfect. The trip from Boston to was so quick and easy. The town of Bristol was cute and we had some delicious pizza…and of course, easy access to the skiing. The condo was great…Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with brand new everything, and the decor was so stylish, I felt like I was at someone’s home and not a rental. The hot chocolate bar was such a nice touch! Cindy is a perfect host…flexible and accommodating, friendly and helpful! Can’t wait to come back and enjoy the lake when it thaws!

We stayed over Presidents Day weekend and our family had the best time! The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a short drive to Ragged Mountain and we enjoyed two days of skiing. Nice location with a view of the mountain and lake.

Cindy is a fantastic host ... we found their property to be clean, comfortable and exactly as represented on the listing. As a great communicator, Cindy gave us the ins and outs of the property and was very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. We had 5 adults in our group and there was plenty of space. I never knew Newfound Lake existed before I booked this home and now I can’t wait to go back! This place is gorgeous inside and the view is breathtaking. The queen bed is very cozy and the whole space is incredibly quiet. We slept like babies. What was sweet was the hot cocoa bar that Cindy left for us with marshmallows, caramels and all the fixings needed for a warm mug of hot chocolate after a fun day of skiing. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Cindy’s condo in the future. It’s right in the center of so many possibilities in New England and we were glad she was willing to share this great space with us.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and comfortable, and there were many little touches that were appreciated! A little hot chocolate basket, ski rack on the enclosed porch, shampoo and products in the shower, just to name a few. One of my kiddos commented on the decor saying "This feels like an HGTV house." Cindy was easily reachable and helpful before the trip, and everything was so great that we didn't need to reach out- though I have no doubt she would have responded immediately as she did prior to the trip and on the day we were leaving. The only negative was that it is a basement condo and the tenants above were very loud and very heavy-footed. This is of course no fault of our wonderful hosts, but we felt it important to note that it may not be as quiet as expected. Perhaps the listing could have mentioned its a ground level apartment style condo. My only other suggestion would be instructions on how to use the fams/lights on the enclosed porch. :) Overall, we had a wonderful stay!!
