The living space has a large amount of natural light to complement a contemporary decor with a hint of mid-century style. Furnished with plenty of modern comfortable seating to visit with friends and family, or to just cuddle up and enjoy a movie night watching the large flat screen TV. The kitchen in this house has new appliances and a cutting board countertop for you to create delicious meals for yourself and guests on the nights you decide not to explore the local farm to table restaurants.
The two bedrooms located on the second level will accommodate 4 more people with a set of full bunk beds in one room and a queen bed in the other with a full bath located between both rooms. The primary bedroom is on the first level and features a king bed, an ensuite bath and plenty of closet space in all rooms for your luggage and clothes.
This home is a member of the Quechee Club, which has two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland), groomed for Nordic cross-country skiing in the winter. Quechee also offers tennis, paddle, its own ski area and multiple venues for swimming, hiking and fishing. The Club House has multiple dining options, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Optional packages to access the Quechee Club's amenities are available. Quechee is centrally located between the beautiful towns of Woodstock, Vermont and Hanover, New Hampshire, the home of Dartmouth College. These towns combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with cultural sophistication, with galleries, unique shops, museums and excellent dining experiences available. Killington and Okemo are approximately a 35 - 45-minute drive from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, mountain coasters and other year-round activities.
