If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at either a short Les Moussoux Station, 3-minute walk away, or Les Pèlerins Station, 13 minutes away.

After you return, you can unwind on the deck or patio or sip a drink in the fenced yard. When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the TV (video library available). There's also a DVD player for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And there's a washing machine, so you can even pack a bit lighter. Other amenities include an ironing board, heating, and a dining table.

Definitely a hearts and flowers type of place which my wife absolutely loved. Also very clean and tidy with a fabulous view. Just a short walk into town.

Beautiful apartment with great sightseeing of Montblanc, Maudit and Aigulle de Midi. The apartment is full equipped with all you can need during your stay. Ten minutes walking to Chamonix, or 100m to train-bus station.

Last August we visited Chamonix. We chose this apartment after some selection. I have to strongly recommend it to you. First of all by its location. It is in a closed ensemble of houses, very calm and with plenty of place to park your car without even manoeuvring. Other of the main advantages is that it is very near from Chamonix. Just crossing the road at the exit of the "clos", you have a train stop. "Les Moussoux" . It is an optional one, you make signs to the driver and he will stop for you. Trains and buses are free for tourists sleeping in Chamonix.. With the appartment you get as many "cartes d'hôte" as people there. In the neighbourhood, at short distance by feet going to the opposite direction to Chamonix, you have the recreational area of "les Gaillands", with lakes, forest adventure attractions and even a school of mountain climbing The apartment itself is comfortable end well equipped. We were only three people, but it is offered for four and admits them without any problem. It has many decorative details that make you feel in the Alps. You can smell the wood. You can see the mountains from the living room or even from the terrace, where you can have your meals (a little cold sometimes). Françoise, the owner, gave us instructions before the trip and Vanessa received us the first day. They were both very kind. Vanessa speaks English if you don't speak French (that was the case of my children). One only word of advice. You can bring your linens or rent them, but if you choose the first option, remember that in Savoie they use duvet covers, that is not the case depending on the country. No problem, Françoise informed us of the needed size and everything was OK. As I told Françoise after the "séjour", be sure that we will come back again.
