Sunny two-bedroom unit offers a sectional sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV in the living room and bedrooms. Fully applianced eat-in kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The front bedroom offers a queen bed, and the second bedroom offers two twin beds. Sleeps 4 in beds, with 2 additional people able to sleep on the living room sleeper sofa. Second-floor unit, parking behind the building available for rent. Please note, the train runs behind the building.
Public transportation is less than a 5 minute walk, under 10 min walk to Longwood Medical area, under 10 minutes to two large centers (Brookline Village and Coolidge Corner) that offer restaurants, shopping, and more...walk to train and be in Boston in minutes.
After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.
Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building. The cost of parking is $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and well-maintained environment for all our guests.
