Extrem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhälniss und perfektes Zimmer

Wir haben schon zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt anlässlich unseres Jahrestages ein Zimmer gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden, deshalb haben wir uns entschieden dort über Weihnachten zu buchen. Die Zimmer sind nichts spezielles aber eifach perfekt, sehr sauber, neue, hochwertige Ausstattung, extrem guter Wasserdruck (selten in SOA 😉). Extrem gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss mit dem Zimmerpreis bekommt man Zugang zu einem riesigen, extrem gut ausgestatteten Fitness und auch einem Zugehörigen Spabereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad, etc.! Infinity Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön!

Leider wurde das Personal nicht gut geschult, was in einem 5 Sterne Hotel sehr schade ist… Da wir über Weihnachten dort waren wollten wir wissen, ob das Hotel etwas spezielles macht, leider konnte man uns keine Auskunft geben…Das Hotel könnte das Erlebniss noch viel besser machen mit besser geschultem Personal… Das Hotel ist etwas ausserhalb der Stadt und man muss immer ein TukTuk oder Taxi in die Stadt nehmen.

Disappointing and underwhelming for the price.

Dirty rooms with thin layer of carbon over everything. This is from vehicle exhausts travelling on the heavily congested eight lane overpass which runs along two sides of the hotel. Management asleep at the wheel. Booked and paid for four nights. Could only stay one night in the filth. Long black hairs everywhere. Had a shower and walked in the room only to find the bottom of my feet were black from the carbon everywhere. Fridge in room but no stocked mini bar. No carpet just woven plastic type floors which feel ordinary under foot. Breakfast was included but you have to pay for a cappuccino and bottled water. Marketed as new but tiles in common areas lift lobby’s, restaurants and the like haven’t been sealed and are heavily stained. The yellow and black bumble bee colour scheme in the rooms is in poor taste. Air quality in the hotel is poor and feels stuffy inside. Not to be confused with the sun and moon hotel urban which is in the city centre but owned by the same company. Contacted management to change the booking but only responded after I had already left. I would recommend avoiding this hotel. If you must stay here don’t pay for too many nights in advance to avoid disappointment.

The filth in the room, the price paid to stay in the filth. The heavy traffic and the pollution.

Schönes Hotel, dezentrale Lage, aber trotzdem gut erreichbar.

Schöne Zimmer. Außergewöhnliche Fenster, in die man sich reinlegen kann und die Stadt beobachten kann.

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. (Außerdem gibt es ein zweites Hotel, das genauso heißt und wiederholt zu Verwirrungen bei den Tuk-Tuk-Fahrern geführt hat.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Jahr 2020 erstellten Hotel. Ideal für Fitness-Freaks.

Ausgewogenes Buffet, grosszügige Räume in Restaurant. Fitnesscenter perfekt ausgestattet mit Hammer/Lifefitness. Schönes Spa. In oberen Räumen schöne Aussicht.

Matress in the room. I ve broken 3 fingers of my feet because of the matress lied on the floor but with one inch space between matress and floor. Perfect to kill your foot and your holidays.

It was a pleasant experience.

It was a very spacious, quiet, and pleasant room. It was a pleasant and friendly experience dealing with the customer care and reception.

All is good, except for the fact that the hotel should have installed or placed a mirror in the main room so that female guests, in our case, my wife, could use it to apply makeup. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with everything and I am very satisfied.

Nice Hotel in the wrong place.

The staff are brilliant they can't help enough.. Very nice pool and gym . Food was excellent Room adaquate.

There was no draft beer at any bar. The room Luxury Deluxe did not have a full length mirror. There was no steak for the whole time 8 days although it's on the menu. Worst the Hotel wanted $65 for the 35 minute transfer to the airport and I had to order an outside taxi only $25. This is just taking advantage of guests and would stop me staying there again. The room facilities state a Sauna when in fact it just the hotel Sauna on floor 5. It is often difficult to get transport from or too the Hotel. many driver's don't know where it is

Nice but far from "center life" - best service and breakfast

Nice and very new hotel. Very friendly receiption and every time best service. Best and wide breakfast choice!

I booked that hotel by a mistake, a colleague asked me to book the city hotel with the same name... At least a bit far to drive to the other Sun and Moon Hotel from that -let me say- "silent area near big traffic crossings" with the view over the river to the beside "urban village". No waiting taxi or tuc-tuc, no travel offers

The staff was exceptionally good, humble and friendly and made sure our stay was extremely comfortable. They made sure our honeymoon became the best memory of our lifetime.

Overall it was a good experience but there are areas they need to improve on.

Overall the accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was amiable. The style of the hotel was exquisite and very welcoming.

The biggest issue I had with our accommodations was the restaurants within the hotel. They advertised three dining areas Taste, Bloom, and Khjol. The menu at Taste restaurant was the room service menu. They advertise a different menu for each of their restaurants, but all are very limited. Of course, it is understandable that the hotel is relatively new, but if your restaurant is not ready, don't advertise the menu. Lastly, the location of the hotel is not ideal for tourism. Its location is in a heavy traffic area with no attractions nearby. While the city itself is small, the traffic can delay one's travel from place to place. The riverside view is not very pleasant as it looks over a riverside heavily polluted with trash, and the river's smell can be unpleasant in that location of the city.

THIS IS A REVIEW OF SUN AND MOON URBAN NOT RIVERSIDE SINCE WE MOVED TO THAT HOTEL We had a nice stay but it was ruined right at the end. There were crisps and peanuts on the desk in our room which we assumed were complimentary. When we checked out we were told we owe 8.5 dollars for snacks that cost 2 dollars. We only had a couple of crisps and a couple of peanuts! So what we thought was a nice gesture turned into the complete opposite and made us feel bad to leave the hotel. They told us that they have had feedback in the past to say that it wasn’t clear that the snacks were complimentary and they claim they made it clearer but it’s definitely not clear. They obviously want guests to think that the snacks are free so that they can charge ridiculous prices for them. This is a 4 star hotel acting like a 2 star hotel and if they want bad reviews then this is the way to go about it!

Fun stay for kids

Large spread and pastries were good at breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Gym was amazing and definitely worth a visit as was the pool. The staff made our stay enjoyable. My kids loved the hotel.

Bathroom flooded on our 2nd day. Staff were prompt to attend. We spent 3 nights. It would have been good if the breakfast buffet menu was changed a bit more. Rooms are a little small. I kept bumping my leg against the edge of the bed.

When I checked in the receipt asked for a tip? I also tried to give a tip at the bar and they said you can't even though there is a space to right it in. At breakfast I kept getting asked for my room number. if you come in after 9am the coffee is cold and the juice is gone.

Top 5 Star Hotel in Phnom Penh

This is a very modern design eco focused hotel. I loved the room design , the bedding, amenities, filtered hot and cold water. Delicious breakfast .Biggest gym in a hotel complex I have ever seen wirh amazing equipment. The pool was magnificent. The food in the restaurant was great. The staff were friendly, professional ..they couldn't do enough to help. Mr Bun Ye Front officer Manager organised onward travel and tours. and Mr Richard Pobitzer Manager welcomed us with a bunch of red roses as we were one the first six to book on hotels opening. We were treated like royalty from beginning to end. Lastly the location ,while a little out of town is perfect, the view is amazing..from the hotel and the town centre only a short tuktuk ride away. Honestly I can not recommend the Sun and Moon Riverside enough.

Excellent service in a noisy environment

Excellent room and staff service. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was great as well.

The hotel is under construction. There was construction everywhere including near room floors and outdoor areas. The fitness area was not open to the public. A 5 star or any hotel must guarantee peace and quiet and this was not the case at Sun & Moon. They should have not start welcoming guests until the hotel was finished.
